Hi - gifts out, just a couple over to prioritise for tomorrow. Please message me if I do not return gifts within 24 hours - my game lost some today I know (opened game with gifts waiting to collect, got a screen freeze and game closed, immediately reopened it and no gifts to collect, just the ones from earlier). Don't know how many and who from!.

I have a problem. Just got on the game and tried to collect income from buildings and passengers then got this message: Time travelers can't collect items from buildings. Please contact support if you believe that's an error.

I don't know what this means and don't know how to contact support. Can anyone help me.
 
@Trashdog2000 This is an automated safety measure to stop cheaters. Though it does sometimes happen erroneously even when you do not cheat. Basically it is for when a player sets his PCs clock ahead in order to make flights land in minutes rather than hours. As an example say you send 3 flights out that are 4 hours long. You send them out then set your clock ahead 3 hours and 50 minutes or so. This evidently effects the flight duration and they will land within a couple minutes. This message can also happen if you traveled and the time zone you are in changed. It also happened to me once when my PC had a major failure and I used a restore point that changed my clock and date for some unknown reason. You will also have lost any gold or silver tokens you may have collected.

To contact support email support@game-insight.com include the problem any details that may have caused the issue if you know. Include your in game name and your neighbor code. You may also tell them your level though it should not be necessary they have been asking for this recently. If you did lose gold and silver tokens make mention of that in the initial contact but don't push that point...yet. They will send you back a couple responses letting you know that cheaters are not tolerated but if it is your first incident they can restore your sociality options one time but any more incidents and they are cut off for good. At this point go with what they say once you have the game restored assuming you did not change your clock settings respond and let them know you did not cheat and feel you should not be labeled as such and should not have had your gold and silver taken. After a few correspondences you may get your gold and silver back as well.

A final note mention what platform and device/PC you play on. Also check and make sure your date and time are correct before doing any of this. Hope you have some luck getting restored fully and up and running.:cool:

@Wired Parrott , I did not change the time on my pc nor did I travel but the problem seems to have been fixed after I restarted my game. I did not loose any tokens and the game seems to be functioning normally.

My only question is that should I still contact the support to sort things out or should I just ignore that step?

This happened to me when I left the game on for about 4 hours without playing it. When I resumed playing I immediately started to send a flight and I got the time traveler message. Since then I exit the game whenever I am going to be away for more than a couple of minutes. I switch back and forth between accounts numerous times a day and always exit every time. I have not gotten the time traveler message since I started doing this.

Today I had another letter from GI to my second game.
Namely, the matter was handed over to a specialist.
Whatever that means.
So continue waiting.
