Weather station on Windows device

Hello

I'm struggling to get definitive info about the weather station.

I play on a Windows laptop. I can't find any reference about how to acquire things like nano coating. It doesn't appear in my gift list so I can't send any. I can only buy for cash and I have an increasing number of destinations that have become locked out.

I'm not averse to paying for some things - but there are so many items that I can only get through paying that I could never keep up.

Is there any definitive written advice on this subject anywhere?

You can send only one of six "bad weather" items - nano coating, tesla lightning rod, stabilizer, spiked tire, ice detector and massive spotlight
