Unfortunately, there is no easy way except old pencil and paper. With almost 200 friends near impossible
I have added most folks to my "following list" and then click on "profile" then "information" If more people would put their needs in their "status" line, the last step could be eliminated.

Needing Shears & Nets please for event.

I created a list and post it daily on this gift trade thread and copy and paste again the next with a little modification if needed. This way, both me and my trading partners know what to send to each other.

Pruning shears are good for all my games at the moment, I will also send them to you unless you tell me not to.
