Hi I'm thinking if changing my game from a Samsung galaxy s7 edge to an iPhone how do I transfer the game over? Is it possible to transfer an android account to a ios

Yes, It is possible to transfer the game between different phone models.

But you need to to coordinate the move with GI by opening a support ticket explaining what you want.
It may take a few days of back forth emails before the game is transferred.

I suggest you take a series of pictures of your airport prior to attempting migration in case of issues.

Link them to this post by Ivan is what did the trick for me. I changed from ios to Android successfully with my support game. You will lose your neighbors though so take some pictures of your list so you can invite people back
