Need items... but I can gift them... oh, and item doesnt drop?

A bit confused. So I need 3 items for my control center... but all 3 of them I can gift to others... I guess this falls into the category of gift to others what you need and you might get it back?

Next, I need a video wall... The wikia says Nice & Malta, but when I look at the details in game, the video wall drops from neither... in fact, I could not find it in any flight's potential drops (only 24 stars granted so I'm not looking at everything). So, I assume the wikia is out of date. Any ideas?
