Dear friends,

After few weeks thinking, I decide to stop playing Airport City.
It has been a great moment to meet u all here.
I may still play a bit, but once in a week maybe.
I decide to take care my farm seriously.
Virtual farm of course.

I decided to stop playing AC because of the alliance race.
That is the most reason.
To me, that is the most unfair competition ever.
I dont want to spend my time flying every week 4 million passengers or 8000 Giants equal too more than 1000 Giants a day or equals too 125 Giants /people / day if 1 alliance consist of 4 people.

Whatever it is, I decided to stop.
My time is more value if I spend for other things with a fair way of competition.

I am very sorry to hear it. Legendary player and one of the most best shots decided to hold the activity in the game. Let's see how GI will see the changes as I feel a lot people followed the trends and if GI perform some analyzes they know it much better.

Regarding unfair competition, I see it differently, it is fair, but I know I will never ever have a chance to participate or claim any good position on ladder.

I think gi need to really rethink alliances, it takes the fun away. I understand your reasoning Robby, shame to see you go though, if we could merge the alliances on this forum we'd be invincible but it's not fair. We all know what's going on...

What is this alliance cheat you are speaking about? Is it regarding the Red Lunar rocket where a few individuals have figured out how to cheat it by launching multiple rockets at time?

I am sorry to hear it.

Did you remember that I said my game crashed and stopped to play half a year?

The game make me dispirit because all of the updates design for old players only and all of the other players never can finish the flights, buildings and missions.

Now, this update design for expert players only, and make me more dispirit because I have more missions and destinations can't achieve. We are just normal players and we have work, family, friends in real life.

So I don't care the update and alliance anymore and just play the game. The alliance is the matter of expert players and none of my business.

Really sad to hear that one of the best player's of this game is less interested in game , I will never blame you as it's not your fault, it's the makers of the game who need to take this blame, In starting of the year when Ivan mentioned the alliance feature, most of the player's weren't happy to hear that especially Tom, Everyone said rightly that this will not be best for the game but they kept going on and introduced it and now you all can see what's happening, and it's really disheartening to see that.
It's about end of October and Ios player's still don't have the update and they are saying they are working on it, I understand that a small team devolping 3+ games on 4+ platforms isn't an easy task but what are they doing for past 5 months, I guess it's more than enough time to make an update and get the approval from Apple.
For me this is the worst time to play my game, only thing I love to do is launches.
I have a really good suggestion regarding alliance map's, instead of flying passenger to get in top-20,why not give 2 types of quest, Group Quest's and solo Quest's, Complete group Quest's and get 3 alliance map's, Golden dice etc, Complete Solo quest and get 1 alliance map and dice bonus etc. Quest could be like completing certain flights to destinations or anything else which could be achievable. This feature of alliance has been also introduced on another GI game and they have designed it really good and it's achievable.
Instead of racing for rank, an alliance should focus on completing the task's for which they will get rewarded.
I hope they do like this and we all should get fair chance of getting alliance map's

Robby, you're right there's much more in life than AC and the Alliance, which takes more cheating people and GI
doesn't do anything about it, just like before in the Top 100 flights.
Gun, you're right about your game. After your bug, 2 of my games where able to get friends with you again.
I visited you yesterday with VAYKA1 and NOYA12 and see that your airport turned into Madlen's.
How in the world could that happen?? I wrote you on PM that i whished i didn't deleted you, because before your airport was still
visible and my 3 games could collect.
I'm also a veteran player, VAYKA1 more than 3 years and the others games 2+ years, and i also see that the game is getting more unstable
with the updates. Before the last update, i really thought about quiting the game, but i decided to give it a try once more. I must say i'm very lucky the games are stable after the update, but when something gets really wrong, i'm also quiting.
Hope you guys will think it over again and if not, i both thank you for being my friends!!!!

I have thought about this game from time to time, and there are so many negative things and unfairness, which "small" players like us have no control over them. So my thinking became this is just a game, I would take it easy and play casually, do what I can do and not going to worry about the things I have no control with.

For the recent added alliance feature, we all know what's going on and who are getting the top ranks. As somebody already said, there is no way for smaller players like us to compete with those "big" players who have the "powers" and GI doesn't care. There is nothing we can do with that. Right now it is even a challenge to get into the top 100 alliance ranking. So we just take it easy. I have @HP- , @Alfonz Senki and @stevel2606 in my alliance, we just try and do what we can. For new players or low level players, or for anybody including myself, if you don't feel like play the GI's new alliance feature, just don't bother, just like there are a lot of collections I am not going to bother with.

Hi @Robby Kusuma, if you are in for the competition, you should not. I am not in the game for competition, but losing interest for different reasons.... If I loose my airport etc as some others.... I don't know what I will do....
For now... I keep playing, slowly in my own pace........

Sorry to see you go too, will miss your Messages. May be we can find a way to stay in touch, pls. let me know. Don't know too about these alliances, but for a lot of other reasons I think very often to stop playing AC too. Will wait a month more, if then the neighbour probems, the fu....Time Traveller nonsense and all the other bugs are not solved I will stop it too.

I have two Mints in my Warehouse, plus gold/silver tokens to restart at least one. But since few have experience that Mint stop producing greenines after update, i decided not to build them. Even do not want to restart the Casino.... Doh, GI and their promises about update....

Gun, you're right about your game. Hope you guys will think it over again and if not, i both thank you for being my friends!!!!

I calmed down a bit and decided to contact GI support. I have already started new game as they have suggested and I am waiting for compensation of key achievements. I have selected just only few, but all the key ones from my perspective and let' s see how they will handle it. I will let you know, but if I get at least what I have asked for I will go further. The good thing is that the new game will be able to connect with anyone again. I will keep you informed.
