The Airport City Alliance Groups - How To Create A Group, How To Join A Group And Alliance Group Statistical Data Explained (v8.33.8)

I have created this user guide for those of you who have been playing your game for a period of time, and are now planning on setting up your own forum members alliance group or planning on joining a forum members alliance group. This user guide will take you through the process, tell you what you need to know, and help you to decide which of the two options is best for you. I have also included a selection of screenshot images, which will make the process much clearer to follow, for those of you who are new to the world of alliance groups.

It is my intention this user guide to be comprehensive, so it will provide you with all the information you need, with regards to the ratings league table, the reward chests, ratings league table placements, alliance groups, passengers figures, weekly alliance group mission flights, purple map destinations, alliance flight destinations, the fleet of planes, alliance flight collections, alliance flight map collections, alliance group profile information and transfer of alliance group leadership.

OPTION ONE: HOW TO CREATE A FORUM MEMBERS ALLIANCE GROUP
ALLIANCE GROUPS.png
To create your own Forum Members Alliance Group, and to become the owner and group leader, you will first need to purchase the Airline Alliance HQ building, it will become available to you from game level 10, the purchase price will be 50,000 gold coins and the construction time will be 12 hours, you can also speed up the construction progress by spending 500 gold coins (the building will also increase your city population +20). It can be purchased from the Game Store (the Silver Shopping Trolley), the airport buildings section, it will be the Third icon (Traffic Control Tower) of Eight icons along the top row of the game store menu, the building can be placed on both sides of your game, the city side and the airport side.

GAME STORE MENU.png

Once the building is solid and live, you will then be able to open and view the menu, by clicking on the Airline Alliance HQ building (you can also access the Dark Brown Spiral Notebook icon, located in the top left hand corner of your game screen, the Alliance Mission section). Along the top row of the Alliance Menu you will find two options, the first option will be to Select Badge, the second option will be to type in your Alliance Name.

ALLIANCE GROUP BADGES.png

When you click on the Select Badge button, the following menu will appear, there will be 25 multi coloured alliance badges to choose from, these alliance badges will only be available to Alliance Members. Once you have chosen your alliance badge, you will need to confirm your choice, then return to the alliance menu. Your chosen alliance badge will be displayed along the top row of the alliance menu.

ALLIANCE GROUP BADGES MENUS.png

On the left hand side of the alliance menu, you will find three blue and white click buttons, Create, Search and Waiting. The Create button will have the following, Alliance Type, Minimum Member Level, Minimum Number of Stars and Passengers Carried By The Alliance Members. Each of the four will have their own blue and white information button, which will explain in detail what each does. Once you have set your parameters, you will then be able to create your alliance group, by clicking on the blue and white Create An Alliance button.

CREATE AN ALLIANCE.png

The Search button will have two options, the first option will allow you to search for alliance groups by name, using the search box and the search key. The second option will allow you to set the parameters for your alliance group search. There will be four click buttons, each will have a blue and white information button. You will find these two options along the top row.

The Waiting button will display a page with no information, unless you have sent a request to join an alliance group. There will be alliance groups which will be open to new members, which you can try and join.

Alliance Office Building
The Alliance Office building and the Airline Alliance HQ building belong together, you will need to purchase the alliance office, to gain access to the alliance's unique merchandise. It will become available to you from game level 10 and will cost 10,000 gold coins. You will also need to complete the side bar mission, A United Front. The construction time will be 1 hour, you can also speed up the construction progress by spending 500 gold coins.

New Alliance Group
Since your alliance group is newly created, and you are currently the only member, there will be no useful information displayed. You will only be able to have a maximum number of four flyers in your members alliance group at first. You will therefore need to be selective, who you accept, will be based on the number of passengers they are able to carry across a week and how many alliance tasks they are able to complete. This is dependent on a number of factors e.g. the number of planes they have in their fleet, the types of planes they have in their fleet, the number of residential buildings producing passengers, the amount of fuel they have stockpiled, the amount of flight items stored in their warehouse, how much land they have to grow their city and airport and how much game time they spend per day and/or per week playing their game.

To help answer some of your questions I would suggest you look at their game sight, which will give you a good feel for their game. You should also look at their signature page, to find out the game level they are on, the number of star skills they have and their hearts level status. All these are small pieces of the same puzzle, which form a much larger and clearer picture.

Those who wish to join your alliance may be relatively new to the game, which means their passenger carrying capacity will be limited at first. But, with the passing of game time, this will increase. It is also possible that they will have left an existing alliance, the reason's for this will vary, and are looking to join a new alliance. All these things you will need to take into consideration when deciding who to take on-board your alliance.

I would strongly suggest you only accept players who are forum members, if you accept non forum members, you will not be able to communicate with them through the members forum. The members forum has a section called 'Airport City Alliances', which has two sub-headings. The first is labelled 'Alliance', this is where you will create your alliance thread and communicate with members. The second is labelled 'Alliance Questions', this is where you will post any questions you or your fellow flyers may have.

Alliance Group Reputation Points
At first it will be difficult for your alliance group to earn reputation points, this you will find frustrating, as does all who travel along this road. It will be many weeks, perhaps a few months, before you finally earn your first point or points. Once you have earned enough alliance reputation points, by collectively completing the weekly alliance missions and being ranked, you will be able to invite more forum members to join your group using the alliance thread. The progress bar in your menu will indicate when you are able to invite more players to join your group.

The more members you have, the more passengers you will be able to carry, the higher up the alliance ratings table you will finish and the greater the rewards will be for your group. By clicking on the blue 'information' button, you will see that the size of alliance groups will vary. Some groups will have upwards of 20 members, while other groups will have as little as 4 members, and all those alliance groups in between.

Ratings League Table (Top 100 Alliance Groups)
To access the Ratings League Table you will first need to select the 7th icon, located along the bottom row of your game screen, then select the multi coloured square rostrum icon, the second icon of four icons from the pop-up menu. Once selected, you will then need to select the Golden Wingnut icon, the second icon of five icons along the top row of the menu, to view the total number of passengers carried and chests awarded.

The alliance ratings league table has two clickable buttons, situated on the right hand side of the table. The first is labelled, 'This Week' and lists the top 100 alliance groups and their passenger figures for the current week. The second button is labelled, 'Last Week' and lists the top 100 alliance groups, their passenger figures for the previous week and two reward chest's earned for finishing in the top 100.

I would suggest you spend some time looking through the alliance league ratings table, especially the button labelled 'Last Week'. It will give you a good idea as to the passenger numbers required to rank in the top 100, the types of rewards you will earn and the reward items stored within them (the first reward chest will contain a bonus, fuel and passengers, the second reward map set will contain a random purple map or maps, the number will depend on where your alliance group finish). The following lists the top 10 place finish:

1st Place Finish
Golden Alliance Chest (the chest contains a Quantum Leap bonus, 300 units of fuel and 300 passengers) and Alpha Map Set (the set contains 12 random maps to Airline Alliance destinations)
2nd Place Finish
Silver Alliance Chest
(the chest contains a Sky Captain bonus, 150 units of fuel and 150 passengers) and Beta Map Set (the set contains 4 random maps to Airline Alliance destinations)
3rd Place Finish
Silver Alliance Chest (the chest contains a Sky Captain bonus, 150 units of fuel and 150 passengers) and Beta Map Set (the set contains 4 random maps to Airline Alliance destinations)
4th Place Finish
Silver Alliance Chest
(the chest contains a Sky Captain bonus, 150 units of fuel and 150 passengers) and Beta Map Set (the set contains 4 random maps to Airline Alliance destinations)
5th Place Finish
Large Bronze Alliance Chest (the set contains a Golden Dice bonus, 50 units of fuel and 50 passengers) and Gamma Map Set (the set contains 3 random maps to Airline Alliance destinations)
6th Place Finish
Large Bronze Alliance Chest
(the set contains a Golden Dice bonus, 50 units of fuel and 50 passengers) and Gamma Map Set (the set contains 3 random maps to Airline Alliance destinations)
7th Place Finish
Large Bronze Alliance Chest (the set contains a Golden Dice bonus, 50 units of fuel and 50 passengers) and Gamma Map Set (the set contains 3 random maps to Airline Alliance destinations)
8th Place Finish

9th Place Finish

10th Place Finish
Large Bronze Alliance Chest
(the set contains a Golden Dice bonus, 50 units of fuel and 50 passengers) and Gamma Map Set (the set contains 3 random maps to Airline Alliance destinations)

Ratings League Table Placements - if you study the ratings league table carefully, you will realise there is very little difference from 2nd-4th place (Silver Alliance Chest and Beta Map Set), 5th-10th place (Large Bronze Alliance Chest and Gamma Map Set), 11th-20th place (Medium Bronze Alliance Chest and Gamma Map Set), 21st to 50th place (Medium Bronze Alliance Chest and Sigma Map Set) and from 51st to 100th place (Small Bronze Alliance Chest and Omega Map Set) in terms of the rewards earned.
Alliance Groups Top 100 - if you open the ratings league table, for the alliance groups and scroll through the top 100 placements using the blue and white information button, to look inside each of the alliance groups, you will notice a minimum of 12 group members will be needed, to stand a chance of finishing in the bottom part of the table and receive a small amount of rewards from two chests. The larger the alliance groups e.g. 14, 16, 18, 20 members, the far better the chance of finishing much higher up the table and earning more points and better chests. Alliance groups who have smaller number of members e.g. 4, 5, 6, 8, 10 will struggle to secure a place on the ratings league table. This will depend on how much each alliance group member can carry in passengers, across an entire week of game play, and the total amount collectively carried by the entire alliance group of members.
Passenger Figures (Top 100 Alliance Groups) - the number of passengers your alliance group is collectively able to carry in a week, will determine where your group will finish, and the type of coloured alliance chest and map set rewards earned from your placement finish. To finish in the Top 100 Ratings Table your alliance group will need to collectively fly close to 1,000,000 passengers in a week. However, this figures will only earn your alliance group a placement towards the bottom of the table. To finish in the Top 50, your alliance group will need to fly close to 2,000,000 passengers in a week, to finish in the Top 20, your alliance group will need to fly close to 3,000,000 passengers in a week, to finish in the Top 10 your alliance group will need to fly close to 4,000,000 passengers in a week, to finish in the Top 5 your alliance group will need to fly close to 6,000,000 passengers. These figures may seem impossible targets to reach, but it is more than achievable, for a well established alliance group with multiple members. These are the target figures you will need to aim for collectively with your alliance group. It will be important to keep in mind that there will be variations in passenger figures from week to week.

Brief Background Information - there was a time when 1,000,000 passengers, carried across a week, would have placed your alliance group among the first 85 places on the ratings league table, and more than 800,000 passengers carried across a week would have placed your alliance group in the remaining 15 places. These figures no longer meet the requirements, as alliance groups have increased their passenger figures to far greater numbers. This was to be expected, as alliance groups earned reputation points, and were able to bring on board more members, which in turn increased passenger figures.

The following will give you a good idea as to the placement finish and the ten types of chests and map sets your alliance group will earn. The higher the placement finish the better the coloured chest and map set rewards will contain:

The following are all of the purple map flights - Acapulco, Alicante, Baden-Baden, Bath, Bern, Bilbao, Canterbury, Cartagena, Cologne, Cordoba, Corinth, Denver, Des Moines, Dusseldorf, Exeter, Geneva, Granada, Hamburg, Heraklion, Indianapolis, La Paz, Lausanne, Le Mans, Luxembourg, Maranello, Modena, Monaco, Monza, Munich, Norwich, Patras, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Rapid City, Rhodes, San Diego, San Jose, San Marino, San Pedro Sula, Santa Barbara, Santa Cruz, Santa Rosa, Seville, Stuttgart, Tegucigalpa, Thessaloniki, Vaduz, Winterthur, York, Zurich

OPTION TWO: HOW TO JOIN A FORUM MEMBERS ALLIANCE GROUP
The alternative option will be to join an existing alliance group and become a group member. There are a number of advantages to this option. First of all, you will not need to purchase the Airline Alliance HQ building, which will save you time and money. You will also not be starting from the beginning, but joining what may well be an established alliance group. The alliance group may well finish in the top 50 on a weekly basis. It is also possible you could join an alliance group that may well finish in the bottom 50 on a weekly basis. It is also possible you could struggle to find an alliance group. There are no guarantees, sometimes it is just a question of luck which alliance group has an opening, and if you are able to meet the alliance groups criteria.

The type of alliance group you maybe able to join will depend on the number of passengers you are able to carry across a week and how many alliance tasks you are able to complete. Some alliance groups are hard-core, requiring new members to carry high passenger volumes and complete three tasks, since passengers will be needed to remain competitive and collect the rewards that come from such positions. Other alliance groups will be more relaxed in their game play, and will look at the long term potential of a new alliance member.

The game level you are on will be of great importance, and will come into play. If your game level is, let's say in the low to mid 20's, the chances of you joining an alliance group, whose members game level is in the high 70's and finish in the top 50 each week, will be pretty slim. The gulf between your game and their games will be far too great. An alliance group with members closer to your game level will be far more appropriate, and will stand you a better chance of joining an alliance group.

It will be of great help if you are neighbours with some of the alliance group members you are looking to join. It will make the transition, into the group far easier, if you are known to them and/or to the owner of the alliance. You will be more likely to be taken on-board, if you already have a shared gaming relationship with them through the sending and receiving of gift items, posts, private messages and space program flights.

The menu will look very much different to that of the menu of a group leader. You will find three tabs, on the left hand side of the menu, the first is labelled Profile and displays the name of the alliance, the progress bar, the number of alliance reputation points, the number of alliance members in the group, the group ranking and the total number of passengers carried. The second clickable tab is labelled Members and displays the group members, the number of stars they have, the
number of passengers they have carried during the week and the option to visit each of their games sites. The third is labelled Leave and allows you to leave the alliance group.

Weekly Alliance Group Mission (Flights)
To access the menu you will need to click on the square multi coloured spiral notebook icon, located on the top left hand side of your game screen. Once selected, you will find four clickable icons, along the top row of the menu, the first icon deals with missions, the second icon deals with daily bonus, the third icon deals with daily mission and the fourth icon deals with alliance missions.

With the fourth icon, the golden clipboard, you will find two click tabs labelled, Tasks and Progress. With the Task button, you will find three flight destinations for the week, the number of flights you will need to complete for each destination and the planes needed to undertake the flights. You will be able to launch each of your flights, using the three blue activation buttons labelled 'Fly'. Each flight destination will have its own clickable picture stamp, which will display information for each of the flight destinations in question. You will also have the option to change your flight destinations, but this will cost you 20 green notes (please note, if you change the flight, your current progress will be lost. You can change the flight for free once a week).

With the Progress button, the menu will be displayed in two halves. The top half will display the current progress bar for the alliance group, showing the number of flight tasks that have been completed collectively, and the amount of rewards earned for the alliance. The bottom half will display all the members in the alliance, the three flight destinations for each member, and a picture stamps for each of the destinations, with flight information:

The Fleet of Planes - the three flight destinations you will need fly to, during the week, will depend on the type of planes you have in your fleet. The following are the standard planes that fly to all of the above alliance flight destinations, Swift, Owl, Hawk, Raven, Eagle, Jumbo, Giant, Falcon, Thunderbird and Condor. For a complete picture of the entire fleet of planes, including the purchase price for each type of plane, you will need to read through the following user guide, The Airport City Planes - Standard, S1, S2, S3 Class Planes, Guest Planes, Special Planes, Guest Mail Planes.

The number of flights you will need to undertake, to complete the three destination tasks, will be dependent on the number of and the type of planes in your fleet. The flight figures will vary, from as little as 14 flights to complete a destination task, through to 343 flights to complete a destination task (other possible flight figures 17, 23, 27, 30, 32, 36, 37, 38, 40, 45, 50, 58, 67, 79, 80, 96, 100, 107, 120, 150, 172, 215, 258, 300). The three flight destination tasks will vary for each alliance group member, no two members will fly to the same three destinations during the week.

The larger the planes, the greater number of flights, you will need to undertake to complete a flight task. The smaller the planes, the smaller number of flights, you will need to undertake to complete a flight task. The first flight destination task will be the lowest number of flights, you will need to fly the most inexpensive planes in your fleet. The second flight destination task will be the highest number of flights, you will need to fly the most expensive planes in your fleet. The third flight destination task will be the greatest number of planes you have in your fleet.

Your chances of completing a flight destination task will be greatly improved, if you fly a number of the same plane types in your fleet, rather than just two plane types. The amount of passengers, fuel and flight items you have available, stored in your warehouse, will also come into play. So will how quickly it takes for you to replenish your resources, once you have used them. It is important you keep your fleet of planes in the air, planes on the ground parked in front of terminals, will be of no use to you.

Once the week is completed, the weekly alliance group missions will reset for a new week of alliance flights. The three
destinations will change, but the planes will remain the same. As you upgrade some of your planes, (from small, to mid-size, to large and then large), this will increase the flight destination tasks numbers.

Alliance Group Profile Information
The following three tables deal with Alliance Levels, Alliance Reputation Points and Alliance Group Members. It will be useful to have a good understanding of how these three connect together:

Alliance Levels - Level 1 20 points, Level 2 50 points, Level 3 100 points, Level 4 200 points, Level 5 300 points, Level 6 400 points, Level 7 600 points, Level 8 800 points, Level 9 1,000 points and Level 10 full. Alliance groups will be able to increase their alliance group levels, by earning alliance reputation points. This can be achieved by completing the weekly alliance group mission.
Alliance Reputation Points - Level 1 0-20, Level 2 20-50, Level 3 50-100, Level 4 100-200, Level 5 200-300, Level 6 300-400, Level 7 400-600, Level 8 600-800, Level 9 800-1,000 and Level 10 full. This will be determined by the number of flights tasks alliance groups complete in a week. The more flight tasks completed, the more reputation points will be earned. This process will allow alliance groups to progress through each of the levels.
Alliance Group Members - Level 1 4 members, Level 2 5 members, Level 3 6 members, Level 4 8 members, Level 5 10 members, Level 6 12 members, Level 7 14 members, Level 8 16 members, Level 9 18 members and Level 10 20 members. The level will determine the number of members an alliance group will have and how many passengers the group will be able to fly in a week.

To view the information you will need to click on the Airline Alliance HQ building, and select the first button of two, the Profile button from the menu. The second Members button will list all the alliance group members. To view the alliance group, you will need to select the Multi Coloured Spiral Notebook icon, located on the top left hand side of the game screen, then select the fourth icon along the top row of the menu, to display the Alliance Mission menu. You will find two click buttons along the top row of the menu, Tasks and Progress. The task button will list information which will relate to you and the progress button will list information which will relate to the alliance group collectively.

Alliance Badges
The alliance badges can be purchased with Silver Tokens (there are 25 badges to chose from) and Golden Tokens (there are 26 badges to chose from), by alliance leaders only. They can be purchased from the Game Store, accessed via the Silver Shopping Trolley icon button, the 3rd icon along the bottom row of your game screen, then the 8th icon along the top row of the Game Store Menu. Each of the 51 alliance badges will have its own unique image and themed title. Please note, it will be important to understand that the alliance badges do not offer any benefits to your game, they just allow you to personalize your alliance group.

Alliance Badges Purchased With Silver Tokens
10 Silver Tokens - Progress, Watch, Vigilance, Radiance, Purpose, Distant Horizons
50 Silver Tokens - Key To The Universe, Free To Fly, Unity, Raging Bull, A Storm Is Brewing, Equality
100 Silver Tokens - Order, Fraternity, The Power of The Atom, To The Four Winds, Global Reach, Beyond The Believable
200 Silver Tokens - Will of Wind, The Great Escape, Adventure Awaits, Sky Whale
500 Silver Tokens - Clear Skies, Liberty
1,000 Silver Tokens - Monarchy
Alliance Badges Purchased With Gold Tokens
10 Gold Tokens - Winds of Change, Magic, Mystery, Light Footed, Cupid's Army
50 Gold Tokens - Unsung Heroes, Spark of Success, Hidden Figures, Big Appetite, Heartbreakers
100 Gold Tokens - Synergy, Generous Souls, Nocturnal Predators, Rulers of The High Seas, Independence
200 Gold Tokens - Free As A Bird, Honour, Empire, Cutting The Sky, Cloud Prancer
500 Gold Tokens - Invincibility, King of The Hill, War Song
1,000 Gold Tokens - Pure Gold, Cunning
2,000 Gold Tokens - Phoenix

Silver tokens are relatively easy to collect during game play, whereas gold tokens are far more difficult to collect and take much more time to do so. For more detailed information with regards to Silver Tokens and Gold Tokens you will need to read through the following user guide, How To Obtain The Gold Tokens And The Silver Tokens During Long Term Active Game Play, www.airportcitygame.com/threads/how-to-obtain-the-gold-tokens-and-the-silver-tokens-during-long-term-active-game-play-v8-21-24.25750/

Transfer of Alliance Leadership
Sometimes you will find that the person who creates an alliance, decides to transfer ownership to another member and leave the group. The reasons for this decision will vary, from person to person. In such cases, the member of the alliance, who takes over the ownership, will need to have an Airline Alliance HQ building, in order for the transfer to take place successfully.

This building in relatively inexpensive to purchase at 50,000 gold coins, and with a construction time of 12 hours (you can also speed up the construction progress by spending 500 gold coins), it will not be too long to wait for the building to become solid and live. This is something you may want to consider doing, it would be sensible to have this building in place, in case you should find yourself in this position. It will make the transition, between both parties, much more fluid a process.

Alliance Office Building
The building will allow you to gain access to the alliances unique merchandise, it will be available from game level 10. The building can be purchased for 10,000 gold coins, with a 1 hour construction time (an additional 500 gold coins will speed up the construction), you will need to complete the mission A United Front on the side bar.

Additional Reading Material
I would suggest you read through the following user guide The Alliance Map Flight Destinations and The Plane Types Required To Undertake Them. This will give you information, as to the different types of purple map destinations available, the different types of planes required to undertake the flights and the different resources needed to fly to the destinations www.airportcitygame.com/threads/the-alliance-map-flight-destinations-and-the-plane-types-required-to-undertake-them-v7-13-28.18632/

The other user guide I would suggest you read through, for a complete picture of the entire fleet of planes available, is The Airport City Planes - Standard, S1, S2, S3 Class Planes, Guest Planes, Special Planes, Guest Mail Planes - www.airportcitygame.com/threads/the-airport-city-planes-standard-s1-s2-s3-class-planes-guest-planes-special-planes-guest-mail-planes-v7-18-18.23811/

Hi @Captain WH Rollins !
Very nice and informative post, as always.
Just a (very) minor correction in the above extract: in fact, you don't need to purchase the Alliance HQ to join an alliance, just to create one.
I don't have an Alliance HQ, but still belong to one...
Looking forward to reading more posts from you!

With regards to the Alliance Flight Destinations - I have finally managed to find some time to identify and seperate the standard flights from the alliance flights. It has helped to make things a little clearer. I have also re-written a number of other sections.

Since the recent update 7.4.8 to the game of Airport City, I have had to re-write a number of paragraphs with regards to accessing menus e.g. multi coloured spiral notebook, located in the top left hand corner of the game screen, in order to bring the user guide up to date.

This will also apply to a number of other user guides.

How To Create A Members Alliance Group and How To Join A Members Alliance Group
I have created this user guide for those of you who have been playing your game for a period of time, and are now planning on setting up your own members alliance group or planning on joining a members alliance group. This user guide will take you through the process, tell you what you need to know, and help you to decide which of the two options is best for you.

It is my intention this user guide to be comprehensive, so it will provide you with all the information you need, with regards to alliance groups, ratings league table, the rewards, ratings league table placements, weekly alliance group mission flights, alliance flight destinations, the fleet of planes required, alliance group profile information and much more besides.

OPTION ONE: HOW TO CREATE A MEMBERS ALLIANCE GROUP
To create your own Members Alliance Group, and to become the group leader, you will first need to purchase the Airline Alliance HQ building, available from game level 10, the purchase price is 50,000 coins and the construction time is 12 hours (you can also speed up the construction progress by spending 500 coins). It can be purchased from the game store, the airport buildings section, it is the 3rd icon of 9 icons along the top row of the store menu, and can only be placed on the airport side of your game.

Once the building is solid and live, you will then be able to open and view the menu, by clicking on the Airline Alliance HQ building. Along the top row of the Alliance Menu you will find two options, the first will be to select your Alliance Badge and the second will be to key in your Alliance Name.

On the left hand side of the alliance menu, you will find three blue click tabs, Create, Search and Waiting. The Create button will have the following, Alliance Type, Minimum Member Level, Minimum Number of Stars and Passengers carried by the alliance members. Each of the buttons will have its own blue information button, which will explain in detail what each button does. Once you have set your parameters, you will then be able to create your alliance group.

The Search button will have two options, the first option will allow you to search for alliance groups by name, using the search box and the search key. The second option will allow you to set the parameters for your alliance group search. There will be four click buttons, each will have a blue information button. You will find these two options along the top row. The Waiting button will display a page with no information, unless you have sent a request to join an alliance group.

Since your alliance is newly created, and you are currently the only member, there will be no useful information displayed.

At first it will be difficult for your alliance to earn reputation points, this you will find frustrating, as does all who travel along this road.

To access the ratings league table you will first need to select the square rostrum icon, the 6th icon along the bottom of your game screen. Once selected, you will then need to select the golden wingnut icon, the second icon along the top row of the menu, to view the total number of passengers carried and chests awarded.

The alliance ratings league table has two clickable buttons, situated on the right hand side of the table. The first is labelled 'This Week' and lists the top 100 alliance groups and their passenger figures for the current week. The second button is labelled 'Last Week' and lists the top 100 alliance groups, their passenger figures for the previous week and two reward chest's earned for finishing in the top 100.

1st place finish - Golden Alliance Chest (the chest contains a Quantum Leap bonus, 300 units of fuel and 300 passengers) and Alpha Map Set (the set contains 12 random maps to Airline Alliance destinations)
2nd place finish - Silver Alliance Chest (the chest contains a Sky Captain bonus, 150 units of fuel and 150 passengers) and Beta Map Set (the set contains 4 random maps to Airline Alliance destinations)
3rd place finish - Silver Alliance Chest (the chest contains a Sky Captain bonus, 150 units of fuel and 150 passengers) and Beta Map Set (the set contains 4 random maps to Airline Alliance destinations)
4th place finish - Silver Alliance Chest (the chest contains a Sky Captain bonus, 150 units of fuel and 150 passengers) and Beta Map Set (the set contains 4 random maps to Airline Alliance destinations)
5th place finish - Large Bronze Alliance Chest (the set contains a Golden Dice bonus, 50 units of fuel and 50 passengers) and Gamma Map Set (the set contains 3 random maps to Airline Alliance destinations)
6th place finish - Large Bronze Alliance Chest (the set contains a Golden Dice bonus, 50 units of fuel and 50 passengers) and Gamma Map Set (the set contains 3 random maps to Airline Alliance destinations)
7th place finish - Large Bronze Alliance Chest (the set contains a Golden Dice bonus, 50 units of fuel and 50 passengers) and Gamma Map Set (the set contains 3 random maps to Airline Alliance destinations)
8th place finish - Large Bronze Alliance Chest (the set contains a Golden Dice bonus, 50 units of fuel and 50 passengers) and Gamma Map Set (the set contains 3 random maps to Airline Alliance destinations)
9th place finish - Large Bronze Alliance Chest (the set contains a Golden Dice bonus, 50 units of fuel and 50 passengers) and Gamma Map Set (the set contains 3 random maps to Airline Alliance destinations)
10th place finish - Large Bronze Alliance Chest (the set contains a Golden Dice bonus, 50 units of fuel and 50 passengers) and Gamma Map Set (the set contains 3 random maps to Airline Alliance destinations)
Please Note - it will not be possible, or even practical, to list all of the reward chest's and map sets here, for the Top 100 Alliance Groups. For more detailed information, you will need to access the alliance ratings league table, from within your game.
Alliance Groups Top 100 - if you open the ratings league table, for the alliance groups and scroll through the top 100 placements using the blue and white information button, to look inside each of the alliance groups, you will notice a minimum of 10 group members will be needed, to stand a chance of finishing in the bottom half of the table and receive a small amount of rewards from two chests. The larger the alliance groups e.g. 12, 14, 16, 18, 20 members, the far better the chance of finishing much higher up the table and earning more points and better chests. Alliance groups who have smaller number of members e.g. 4, 5, 6 or 8 may struggle to secure a place on the ratings league table. This will be dependent on how much each alliance group, can carry in passengers across an entire week of game play, and the total amount collectively carried by the entire alliance group.
Passenger Figures (Top 100 Alliance Groups) - the number of passengers your alliance group is collectively able to carry in a week, will determine where your group will finish, and the type of coloured alliance chest and map set rewards earned from your placement finish.
To finish in the top 60 your alliance group will need to collectively fly more than 1,000,000 passengers in a week. This may seem an impossible target to reach, but it is more than achievable, for a well established alliance group with multiple members. If this target is too much for your alliance group, due to the smaller number of members, to finish in the bottom 40 your alliance group will need to collectively fly more than 750,000 passengers in a week. There will be small variations in passenger figures from week to week.

The following will give you a good idea as to the placement finish and the type of chest and map set your alliance group will earn. The higher the placement finish the better the coloured chest and map set rewards will contain:

1st Place Finish - Golden Alliance Chest - Alpha Map Set
2nd-4th Place Finish - Silver Alliance Chest - Beta Map Set
5th-10th Place Finish - Large Bronze Alliance Chest - Gamma Map Set
11th-20th Place Finish - Medium Bronze Alliance Chest - Gamma Map Set
21st-50th Place Finish - Medium Bronze Alliance Chest - Sigma Map Set
51st-100th Place Finish - Small Bronze Alliance Chest - Omega Map Set
OPTION TWO: HOW TO JOIN A MEMBERS ALLIANCE GROUP
The alternative option will be to join an existing alliance group and become a group member. There are a number of advantages to this option. First of all, you will not need to purchase the Airline Alliance HQ building, which will save you time and money. You will also not be starting from the beginning, but joining what may well be an established alliance group. The alliance group may well finish in the top 50 on a weekly basis. It is also possible you could join an alliance group that may well finish in the bottom 50 on a weekly basis. There are no guarantees, sometimes it is just a question of luck which alliance group has an opening.

The type of members alliance group you will be able to join will depend on the number of passengers you are able to carry across a week and how many alliance tasks you are able to complete. Some alliance groups are hard-core, requiring new members to carry high passenger volumes, while other alliance groups are more relaxed in their game play and will look at the long term potential of a new alliance member.

The game level you are on will be of importance, and will come into play, during the decision making process. If your game level is, let's say in the 20's, the chances of you joining an members alliance group, whose's members game level is in the 70's and finish in the top 50 each week, will be pretty slim. The gulf between your game and their games will be far too great. An alliance group with members closer to your game level will be far more appropriate, and will stand you a far better chance of joining an alliance group.

The second clickable tab is labelled Members and displays the group members, the number of stars they have, the number of passengers they have carried during the week and the option to visit each of their games sites. The third is labelled Leave and allows you to leave the alliance group.

Weekly Alliance Group Mission (Flights)
To access the menu you will need to click on the square multi coloured spiral notebook icon, located on the top left hand side of your game screen. Once selected, you will find four clickable icons, along the top row of the menu, the first icon deals with missions, the second icon deals with daily bonus, the third icon deals with daily mission and the fourth icon deals with alliance missons.

With the fourth icon, the golden clipboard, you will find two click tabs laballed, Tasks and Progress.

10% flights completed - reward of flight simulator bonus (this increases the experience you receive for completing flights by 10%) during the entire week, plus 2 alliance reputation points. The 10% target should not be too difficult to reach, with a group of 8-10 alliance members. A minimum of 5 completed flight destinations should be enough to reach the percentage target.
30% flights completed - reward of golden hat bonus (this increases the experience you receive for completing any action by 30%) during the entire week, plus 4 alliance reputation points. The 30% target will require a larger group, of 12-14 alliance members. A minimum of 15 completed flight destinations should be enough to reach the percentage target. Some of the members will need to complete two flight destinations to reach the target.
50% flights completed - reward of first class bonus (this increases the income from flights by 50%) during the entire week, plus 8 alliance reputation points. The 50% target will require a much larger group, of 16-18 alliance members. A minimum of 25 completed flight destinations should be enough to reach the percentage target. Many of the members will need to complete two flight destinations to reach the target.
70% flights completed - reward of maintenance check bonus (this reduces the chance of a plane and helicopter breakdown by 50% for all flights) during the entire week, plus 12 alliance reputation points. The 70% target will require a much larger group, of 20 alliance members. A minimum of 35 completed flight destinations should be enough to reach the percentage target. Some of the members will need to complete three flight destinations to reach the target.
100% flights completed - reward of golden megaphone bonus (this increases the duration of all active bonuses by 10% for a week) during the entire week, plus 20 alliance reputation points. The 100% target will require the maximum of 20 alliance members. A minimum of 50 completed flight destinations should be enough to reach the percentage target. Many of the members will need to complete three flight destinations to reach the target.
Please Note - the following five percentage figures will not register on the progress bar, 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, 90% - therefore no bonus and alliance reputation points will be awarded, for completing these five percentage targets.
Alliance Flight Destinations - the following are all of the alliance flights that are available to group members. The flights are made up of 100 standard flights (Black) and 50 alliance flights (Red), together they form the entire spectrum of destinations for alliance group members - Abu Dhabi, Albuquerque, Almaty, Amsterdam, Anchorage, Ankara, Antarctic, Antalya, Arctic Station, Ashgabat, Austin, Baghdad, Balkonur, Bali Island, Bangor, Barcelona, Beijing, Beirut, Belize, Berlin, Bishkek, Bogata, Boston, Brasilia, Bucharest, Budapest, Buenos Aires, Busan, Canary Islands, Canberra, Charlotte, Cape Canaveral, Cape Town, Caracas, Casablanca, Chicago, Cyprus, Dakar, Dallas, Damascus, Delhi, Dhaka, Doha, Dresden, Dubai, Dushanbe, Egypt, Fortaleza, Frankfurt, Goa, Guadalajara, Guatamala City, Guayaquil, Havana, Hawaian Islands, Helsinki, Hong Kong, Houston, Ibiza, Iceland, Jakarta, Jeddah, Jerusalem, Jiuquan, Johannesburg, Kabul, Kansas City, Karachi, Kathmandu, Kazan, Khartoum, Kuala Lumpur, Lagos, Las Vegas, Libreville, Lima, Lisbon, London, Los Angeles, Macau, Malta, Maracay, Mecca, Medina, Melbourne, Mexico City, Minneapolis, Mogadishu, Montreal, Montevideo, Monterrey, Moscow, Muscat, Nepal, New Orleans, New York, Nice, North Observatory, Osaka, Oslo, Ouagadougou, Paris, Paramaribo, Pattaya, Plesetsk, Portaleza, Prague, Pretoria, Pyongyang, Quilto, Riga, Rio, Riyadh, Rome, Sao Paulo, Santiago, Santo Domingo, San Francisco, Seattle, Saint Petersburg, Seoul, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Singapore, South Observatory, Stockholm, Sydney, Taipei, Tallinn, Tashkent, Tbillsi, Tehran, Tel Aviv, Thailand, Torledo, Toulouse, Tokyo, Tortuga, Toronto, Turkish Coast, Ulaanbaatar, Varanasi, Vilnius, Vladivostok, Washington DC, Windhoek, Winnipeg, Yekaterinburg, Yerevan, Yokohama

The flight figures will vary, from as little as 17 flights to complete a destination task, through to 343 flights to complete a destination task (other possible flight figures 20, 23, 24, 25, 26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 37, 38, 40, 45, 50, 54, 57, 60, 65, 67, 71, 72, 75, 77, 80, 82, 90, 96, 99, 100, 107, 120, 150).

The three destinations will change, but the planes will remain the same.

Alliance Levels - (Level 1) 20 points, (Level 2) 50 points, (Level 3) 100 points, (Level 4) 200 points, (Level 5) 300 points, (Level 6) 400 points, (Level 7) 600 points, (Level 8) 800 points, (Level 9) 1,000 points and (Level 10) full. Alliance groups will be able to increase their alliance group levels, by earning alliance reputation points. This can be achieved by completing the weekly alliance group mission.

Alliance Reputation Points - (Level 1) 0-20, (Level 2) 20-50, (Level 3) 50-100, (Level 4) 100-200, (Level 5) 200-300, (Level 6) 300-400, (Level 7) 400-600, (Level 8) 600-800, Level (9) 800-1,000 and (Level 10) full. This will be determined by the number of flights tasks alliance groups complete in a week. The more flight tasks completed, the more reputation points will be earned. This process will allow alliance groups to progress through each of the levels.

Alliance Group Members - (Level 1) 4 members, (Level 2) 5 members, (Level 3) 6 members, (Level 4) 8 members, (Level 5) 10 members, (Level 6) 12 members, (Level 7) 14 members, (Level 8) 16 members, (Level 9) 18 members and (Level 10) 20 members.

The task button will list information which will relate to you and the progres button will list information which will relate to the alliance group collectively.

This building in relatively inexpensive to purchase at 50,000 coins, and with a construction time of 12 hours (you can also speed up the construction progress by spending 500 coins), it will not be too long to wait for the building to become solid and live. This is something you may want to consider doing, it would be sensible to have this building in place, in case you should find yourself in this position. It will make the transition, between both parties, much more fluid a process.
