General greenies - how to get them?

I'm looking for specific answers here for the ones I do not have information on and if I'm in error. From what I know the following sources are available:

• The Bank - you pay real money here for them. from time to time they go on sale. Also specials are ran with bundles (if I remember right) but you still use real money to get them
  
• Weekly codes and bonus codes - available on the Facebook page and here in this forum when a member will post it here.
  Note: Old codes do not work so don't bother.
  
• Mint - how do you get one, how do they work, what do they cost....need help here. Please be specific
  
• Casino - how do you get one, how do they work, what do they cost....need help here.

I think there is one other source but I'm not sure. I've searched the wiki and no help there. I searched the forum and I get back so much garbage that it is impossible to find right now.
What would be great if this information is made available, please make it a sticky in the Guides area please. Thanks in advance.

The casino, bank and mint are buildings that are specials that are put up on rare occasion.
I am sure you have seen when they put up some of the super mystery buildings, this is where
the C/B/M special is listed as well. The cost has always gone up when they put them up so no telling
what it will be when they put them up again. Of course I am not certain they ever will put them
up again as they are definitely a $ loser for GI. Here is a link to when they last went on sale earlier this year.

Definitely a $$ loser for GI. I used to spend the $8.99 every other week (or at least once a month) to buy greens - sometimes the $28.99. (I think prices are higher now). I haven't spent 1 cent since I got my CBMs. Of course, they are much harder to reactivate now since planetarium drops have dried up, along with the red launches/water world collections that got you gold tokens.

You don't spend the money anymore but there are many players who immediately after starting the game spend a ton of money in order to advance their city to the levels that have taken other players years to achieve. Your advanced city is nothing but an advertisement for G! In order to get other players to spend more money.

Very good points. And when the offer comes back, don't feel like you have to buy ALL of them. I would have been happier (and richer in gold tokens) if I had just bought maybe 2 mints. I usually only reactivate 1 or 2 mints, and just when I need to buy land or want a few more greenies for whatever comes up. They are nice for collecting the mystery bonus boxes, tho., for yourself and visitors to your airport.
