iOS GI Stole my Greenies

Purchased 96 greenies for land acquisition and was ready to purchase 10 plots of land during land sale. Popup occurred during plane landing and poof 99 greenies gone for mystery building???? no confirmation request, just gone. It's happened before for spyglass but 99 greenies??? if i wanted a mystery building i would have bought one from the blimp. this is unfair support # [7350842] they say they can't refund - which is untrue based on others responses in forum. HELP

it is true they will not refund for accidental purchases, that the chance you take.
It is very hard to provide that the purchase was an accident, people could be doing deliberately to cheat.

They will only refund for game crashes and resets. Even then you need to provide proof of purchase.

Yeah, that's they way they cheat us. I had same too, but on only 5 greens, not 99.

hmm, in polish penal code there is article that sounds exactly like what's happening here:

Art. 286. § 1. Kto, w celu osiągnięcia korzyści majątkowej, doprowadza inną osobę do niekorzystnego rozporządzenia własnym lub cudzym mieniem za pomocą wprowadzenia jej w błąd albo wyzyskania błędu lub niezdolności do należytego pojmowania przedsiębranego działania, podlega karze pozbawienia wolności od 6 miesięcy do lat 8.

Which translates into smth like:
Who, in order to attain ?monetary/asset? gain, leads other person into disadvantageous use/handle of his or other person's property by misleading him or exploiting a mistake or incapability to properly understand the action undertaken, is to be imprisoned for 6 months to 8 years.

I have absolutely no idea how this kind of fraud is called in English, but I'm sure there is something similar.

The only problem here is that greenies are not your property, they are property of GI. You've parted with your property the moment you made a store purchase. We'd have to have a judge declare ingame assets as player's property first.

Happened to me as well and I contacted them last year....this is what their reply was. Good thing was that the greenies was produced from my casino...not bought with real money.

The game has no opportunity to spend game money itself. In case you spend game money accidentally or intentionally you get items/services that have a certain price. The game has no option to retrieve any game actions and accidental game purchases are not the ground for giving extra credits in addition to the received items/services. Anyway your feedback was transferred to the developers and will be taken into account.

It has happened to me as well. I have bought many things I don't need ...
We need to wait after a launch, a visit to neighbors etc. unfortunately they don't have the confirmation button.
