Game not loading HELP

Help!
All day the game is not loading. I am playing with my mobile/android (Samsung A50) .
What could be the problem?

Nothing. It just shows that it's loading. My connection is good as the game is playing on my friends phone.

I suggest you turn off phone and turn on and try airport city again. it looks like it maybe a memory issue on the phone. closing it usually clears out any issues.

It's happen to one of my game too.
You can restore your old game using Google account. Delete/ uninstall your AC game then install new AC game. It will ask you to choose which account you want to play ... choose your old account. It should bring back your game.
