Also looking to track down "donotdisturb sign" who sent me 10 passengers.
You need to upgrade control tower, DFS and repair shop
You've built 2 blu 1 green, 1 orange and 2 red hangarda (arranged in that order) and you have a solar panel and control tower next to the second red hangar. hangars are bult between two lvl 4 runways.

please continue to send me landing lamps and spare wires, otherwise fuel or catering or passengers.
