Android Cannot repair turboprop, although lvl2 repair base exists

Hi, I've got a broken turboprop plane in hangar, and lvl2 repair base. When I click to repair the plane, I get an error "To repair this plane you need repair base of higher level. Upgrade your repair base first". When I click "get it now", game suggests me to build repair base lvl2 (although I have it), when I click "buy" the window simply closes.

I tried to sell current repair base and build a new one, but game does not let me to sell it.

You cannot sell the Repair Base - you need to upgrade it.

Open the Repair Base and look for an arrow icon, when you click on it you can upgrade it by paying (a lot of) coins.
You will also need to collect certain items, which you can get from flights or buy with greens or get by watching videos.

Repair Base currently has 7 levels and it gets more expensive everytime.

Have you met the requirement?
The Repair Base should not be transparent-ish, which indicates it is not yet completed.

Is this a recurring problem or just this plane?
If it's this one, drop the plane and buy a new one.

support replied that issue is know and going to be fixed soon:

Our specialists are working on the update that should fix the troubles with the repair base. We expect it to be available very soon, so let's just wait and see how the things work out for you.
