I have also updated without completing the halloween challenge. The only problem I have experienced so far is that I got no items at all with an active crystal ball- quite a change from earlier when I got around 13 for each of these. Flights still drop items and soul nets give black wraiths - I haven't got anything from my halloween shops but this is also rather rare in general.

Just got Sweet Potatoes from a Cyprus flight. Next challenge is the find five model airplanes in Unique Gift Stores of neighbors.
UPDATE: Just got two model airplane drops from Pakman's stores. I have one store North of my terminal.

I just built 2 unique gift shops for anyone that needs to visit for the new quest. I'm waiting for my refresh so I can go and visit others

Finished the Halloween quest, built the haunted house and have upgraded, (for the new thanksgiving quest). I still have the Halloween flights after the upgrade, (to try and achieve more 3 star collections). I can still report that items are still dropping from ghost flights so I can continue to build up fuel stocks. Priority for any gifts now is landing lamps please to collect these gas canisters from Artic Station destination.

Wonder if anybody has noticed the "Airship Dock" in the store - airport buildings? Could this be the "mystery prize" for the thanksgiving guest?

Still have "usernames" for neighbours following the upgrade!!!! which is a right pain in the *rse.

I think the Airship dock will be the price for completing the other mission that started today and not for the Thanksgiving mission.

And I just recognized that I have now a rope in my gift list, so what I read here in the forum it is later needed for building the airship dock. With the new destination requires a landing lamp it would be nice to get some of it as a gift, of course I will send them in return and the items that are needed for the halloween flights. And I still need 2 Leyden jars, can someone please send this to me? Thanks in advance!

Pakman, thank you. I got the wax I needed from your Halloween shops. Only 1 wraith to go now. And 8 Leydon jars. I have sent them to everyone in the hope they will be returned as gifts. Otherwise lots of Transylvania flights.

New in my gift list is a Channel Bar. Probably to go along with the new Rope gift that TimP mentioned. Anyone have anything else new?
By the way, my username problem still hasn't been solved either.

Welding Pumps from neighbor hangars comes after the copper pipes. Next is 5 rum barrels from guest airplanes and 20 hamburgers from your eateries

I also now have Handling Line to gift.

Tasks are pretty easy to complete so far...probably jinxed myself but I am completing them at a steady pace. Hoping to get to the airship dock to see what it can do

I was able to build the Airship Dock. You will need 4 of each of these: Channel Bar, Handling Line, Rope Block, Sandbag.

I can gift Handling Wire. Looking to see what everyone else can gift

Update: once you build the Airship Dock, it starts a 3 day clock. Not sure what happens at the end of the 3 days!!!

I'm finally back to having regular Internet after my travels. I only had two short spurts of Internet over the past two weeks. Talk about withdrawl. I was able to finish the Halloween Challenge and have just started on the new one. Just clicked on my last of 20 eateries. I can gift sandbags.
