I've updated and haven't seen any real issues ... problems with graphics loading and numbers for fuel needed to speed up flights, but nothing serious. Can you detail what we should be looking out for, or what to avoid? It's a bit s##t just to say don't play the game until you release an update! What's going on?

So far the issue doesn't seem to be widespread, with only 0.001% of our active players affected at the moment.
Yesterday I didn't have those numbers yet, that's why I wanted to warn you.

Mine, crashed. I can't even have access to the game. I tap on icon, it fails to load but instead of loading, it flashes and pops off. I have encouraged so many to continue playing but at this point, I might opt out

I believe there are way more players not updated or just waiting to update after reading about crashing. I had bad experience of crashing back to level 60 with 2 previous major updates on my Android 6.0.1 device.

When it happened last time, Google profile saved crashed level of 60 instead of letting me restore to before the crash level. I had to wait several days for tech support to restore my game profile.

I will wait until the coast is clear.
At least 5.3.14 (not 5.3.20 I wrote earlier) update is working fine and not missing out on anything major.

Guys - Updated my android (Samsung S5) Pakmangifter game (was at Level 52) to v5.3.25 and that game has gone back to level 6 after the update. It is running Anroid v6.0.1
Problem is I can't recall the bloody friend code to start a ticket - arrggghhh

Same things happened in my game progress a few weeks ago. it is quite obvious that Airport City user game progress was not safely saved on the server. But the terrible things is Game Insight was not able to restore any backup progress at once, and make the corrective measures on the progress saving to prevent it happen again. What a pity

Worst update EVERY Free2Play

I just went back 2 years, where do I start

I had 7,000 Greenies, now I have 807
Was I level 75 and now I am on level 60
Lost 3 million in coins
Lost all my land expansions
Lost all my planes
Fuel was at 285, now 110

Basically where I was at 2 years ago

same issues happened in my game again and again.i found that if the user quited the game and clear all background activities of the game, your progress would probably not able to be saved. no matter how many minutes passed you entered again you can find your plane was arriving again. I am not a technical guy on programming, such low end bug is always happening in this game without any solution.

if you make any important steps, like sending your important flights, purchasing, getting bonus, please reenter the game immediately after you quitted. it is to ensure that your game is properly saved. another method is to visit a real neighbour, because it can make sure that your network is absolutely ok and properly saving your progress. avoid doing any important steps without network. I knew i suggest such idiot methods but the game is developed in such idiot way without improvement we must accept this

I just found an issue. After the update 7 planes came back, none had a breakdown so I sent them all out again.
But when I just checked back after 45 minutes the same 7 planes came back again and 4 of them were broken.

I sent the 3 remaining planes back out again and so far everything seems to be normal again when I restart the game. I hope it was only a one time thing.

It's working fine for me, For me visiting any neighbor works fine to save the game both locally and on server's.
Or you can minimize and open again,wait for few seconds for game to refresh and then exit it.

It was not working for me as well but yesterday I received all the gifts, Maybe try Minimizing and opening the game and then wait a bit, Worked for me that way.

I tried it multiple time but I'm not receiving. Don't know whether a clean new installation will work in my case or not?
