General World Map Racing deadline?

Hi!
These weekly world destination races - what exactly time do they commit results at?
Earlier I thought it was 12AM UTC+03:00 (Moscow time), but I badly doubt it now. I guess I saw the final scores popped up another moment sometimes.
Maybe Free2Play or other experienced palyers can clear this?

I don't know. I just always check my game right after reset to make sure I get the rewards. It happens for me 5pm edt/23 cet
