This seems to be happening more often and to make matters worse it seems they have started uploading the saved game data to the new code rather than overwriting the new code with the original as they always used to. That way you lose your neighbours and I have asked them to re restore mine the old way - however it has been referred to tier 2 support which is often not a good sign in my experience. If they don't do this then I am a whisker away from jacking it all in - this forum is about my only reason for sticking with the game now

Sorry to read you are having problems yet again. If it were not for the members forum I would not have returned for a second game. I missed the community, and all that comes with it, more than the game itself. Beyond this I do not know what else to say that would be of any real help to you. Perhaps, a break away from the game, for a period of time, may be of some use. It would give you time to breath and think.
