Hi friends and neighbors,
I just wanted to let you know that my play may be erratic for a while. If you want to hold off on sending gifts, that's fine since I don't know how soon I'll be able to return them. Yesterday my dad had a heart attack. They are at my brother's house in Spokane, which is 9 hours from us. We are waiting to hear an update this morning, but may have to leave at any time. We'd have gone last night except my brother and mom felt they may need our help more when he gets out of the hospital. My brother's is where there is very limited internet access and we have no idea when or how long we may be there. Sorry and hope to keep playing as it's good distraction for me.

So sorry to hear the bad news of your father. Hope he recovers well.

Thanks for all the received gifts and send mine also out. Already started a list for tomorrow.

Need 4 more items from my returning planes to complete the event, so hope they'll bring me those needed 4. Still have some days but can only send my planes away once a day.

Is anyone doing the weekly Alliance mission? Don't think I will because 2 of the 4 members of the Alliance aren't playing and don't know when they'll be back.

@wydaho - so sorry to hear about your father. I was also 8 hours away when my father started to fail and it is a terrible feeling. I pray that he will recover soon.

I'm very sorry to hear of your sad news about your father's heart attack. I very much hope it is not too serious and that your father recovers. My respects to you and your family.

Shoulder of Lamb - you know how to live, and good job I don't know where you are to gatecrash! - Mind you we are having a gammon joint (or I think our American friends would call this a ham joint?) - and smelling good - may even entice me from the game for a short while!

Yes and no. Our ham is cured, gammon is not. Believe me I was on the receiving end of a knuckle rap to learn that little lesson!
