HELP! - I need you!

Something really strange has happened - just opened my game and my terminal level 8 has gone back to only being part constructed. Why????? - could reset a backup, but done a lot since the last one and don't want to go back - so can you send me:-

3x ROUTER, 1xARCADE MACHINE and 3xSMART GLASS so I can re-finish the terminal!!!

Whatever next.

I had that happen to me with my level 10 control tower. I closed the game out saved it, logged into !KB2 to do my dailies, and when returned to !KB it had big exclamation point over my tower. Good thing I just saved folder after closing game.
I've even had it happen with production facilities.

@Sky - thanks for last Smart Glass. @Cath great idea, unfortunately as I had completed it once, the items I had have disappeared from my gifting list, so I don't have them to return! @KenDuckySmith - my last save was late the previous evening - I was about to save when it crashed, and as I had done a lot since, I thought it might be easier to just gather the missing items!

ANYONE WHO CAN SEND ROUTERS WILL BE MY HERO!

@joboo2312 - The gifts you can currently send are listed in your outgoing gift tab. You may also see the ones that you will be able to gift when you reach certain levels, upgrade certain buildings, etc.

You do not have, "Send in return" capability until you have a gift item, and due to upgrading a building to another level, it is replaced by an item of higher level. For example, antennas for MCC. When you have an MCC2 and you upgrade to MCC3, whatever antenna you had to gift disappears. However, when someone sends you any antenna from that point on, you would be able to hit send in return, and that person would receive the antenna that you had in your gift list (Even if it is different from the one they send you).
