Just wanted to let everyone know that my main game (cath/wydaho) has crashed (actually the computer crashed - won't even boot up). Please don't send gifts since I have no idea how long it's going to take to get it back. My bear account is still up and running though, so I will keep sending gifts from that one - it will just take longer for me to get around to everyone. (tagging a couple of neighbors that might not read this forum - @Pit1024, @Brodyaga)

Grrrrhhhhh - just logged back in and game reset to level 1 - thankfully I did a backup 4 1/2 hours ago so have reset to then, but lost a load of launches and stuff! So frustrating bit at least I have the game back.

Cath, I just had that problem recently myself. Apparently it went to blue screen of Death, as there was a problem with cumulative update for Win 10.
I was able to finally boot up after the update got working correctly but went to tech support @microsoft for help anyway, and they took the dmp/dump file and transfered it to higher support to analyze. I hope that this might be all you need fixed. Like I tell all, gotta make a boot CD or USB so a user can attempt to boot the system from either of these. A USB works best because once machine is off and turned back on with flash drive in, it will attempt to boot from it first. Most optical drives wont open without computer on.
I wish you the best in correcting the issue.

Just leveled up and built my Level 7 runway! Snakes on a plane?!! They better not be!!!
I am now able to send Pharmacy items. Signature has been updated. I can now send VR Headsets and Bioreactors. Really loving having a Red Launch! Will have my 6 Grand Hotels in no time!
