I'm just wondering because I have been receiving a lot of jet engines lately...

I have to say that it is really hard to follow what is going on here on forum because of combining these two threads. I'll do what I can but don't be amazed if I send some wrong gifts every now and then...

Sorry about the confusion everyone. When the event started I did have the knife on my Turion game for some reason it reset to the Handheld scanner. I also lost one of the antennas needed for the Launch Command center. I guess GI reset my gift list. I updated my gifts I can send out for my turion game in my signature. Once again, sorry about the confusion.

Anyone experiencing strange timer on almost everything...I started construction of Townhall yesterday with 10 day timer but now just 22 hrs left....thats good...whats bad? Timer eating my casino's hrs as well.

And BTW sorry for the gifting part....I'm really struggling with it. 20 too less.

Apparently they decided to fix my game and even restore my collections book (the running wild page went missing the same time my game messed up yesterday) --- I threatened to file a complaint with microsoft store over their false accusations and blocking of my game and I also threatened to file an attorney general complaint with my state AG against microsoft (as their agent) since I have spent real money playing this game (much more than I should have - and I definitely would have followed through on the complaints)

After class I will be sending out airplanes and updating my sig file (fortunately I copied / pasted it into a text file) and will be sending out gifts then. GI owes me an apology over this - I will not stand to be falsely accused of cheating and lying.

Not sure if you are aware but GI support basically mostly use form letters to respond.
This specific version has been sent to mostly fair players, myself included. I am also
fairly certain that players have been hit with this multiple times and still had their game
unlocked. Also not sure if you noticed but you also lost all of your gold and silver tokens.
An unwavering defense of your name and demands for returned tokens can bear favorable
results as they did for myself. Usually the return of tokens takes a few more replies back and forth
but worth it if you had many of them. The game has some bad bugs and GI support is at times
pretty poor, some deal with it others not so much.

My game has been restored. Did not notice if the tokens had been taken away although after you mentioned it I checked and either they are still there or have been restored. My rocket lands in 12 hours (and should have landed about now) so not sure what they had to do to fix my game. The same time my game broke yesterday the 'running wild' collections page went missing and it is now also restored.

Will be sending out gifts and updating sig file when I get back from class this evening.

As I am short on land area I will not be building any more and have altered my signature to reflect this I will of course continue to send event items to all who need them

Doing the event I now have 1 postoffice.
But that's all for the moment since my visiting planes don't bring me nothing, the mail in my city isn't either very helpful and could only send 2 planes to the needed destinations. Keep on trying and hoping that there will be an event that I can complete on time. Fingers crossed.

Agree with those that say we need to be able to send more gifts - I received 24 in the period between logging out last night & logging back in again today. I will return as soon as possible.

OK I've not really looked into this event thing too carefully but it's something to do when my planes are out for half the day. So I completed mission one but how do you land guest mail planes, they don't bring me any mail and I see that Bruno Mars is moonighting as a mail man. Oh I have a post office.

It's all part of the frustrations with the game. Just keep on playing on.
Hint though: when you are recharging your fuel in a launch; use a lot of patience. Always wait a few minutes after the fuel timer runs out. Do not click to add more fuel immediately. It was explained to me once that you are seeing the timer on your computer. When you refuel, it reads the timer on the server. Your computer is often quicker, so if you refuel too quickly; you get a time traveler message. So be patient when refueling launches. It should help.
