i really need your help.
I´m upgrading Town Hall 10 and now realize that i miss one flatbed scanner
and to finish event i need to increase my population in order to have "merry go's around".
Do you have or know a neighbour that has it?

A tip for the future, a quick fix is to sell or warehouse a building so you can keep going on the event.

No no. Sell something like the auto dealership. Or warehouse a building like the chess club thing. Then you free up some population to build your event needed item. You were going to upgrade your town hall anyway, but this way you don't have to rush.
