i need more for these items to the next building soon then no more, i will have 5 one of them upgrade it will give 6 Flight Catering from 5 building because i upgrade one of them.

Good Morning Aviators (07.25am GMT London)

My early mornings plunder brought in a very disappointing 6,100 coins and 9 launch ready blue chests, of which just 3 were (large fuel tank's x2 and main stabilizer x1) high valued resources. All my neighbours gifts for today, Friday 5th August, have just been gifted. My thanks for all the gifts received yesterday and thus far today.

Even bigger issue now! Overnight my windows 10 installed the major update - now when I try to run the game I get to the white GI splash screen and nothing else happens. Have tried rebooting but still the same. Other apps are all opening ok - has anyone else had problems after updating Windows. I dont know if the game is lost or not because I cannot get into it. I might be forced to restore yesterday's image back up later today. If I am not around or gifting this is why!

A bit of reading around led me to find out that this is a known issue with the update. which affects several store apps, and currently Microsoft have no fix for it. It is a problem with the Windows Store rather than the game. Fortunately in Windows 10 you can fairly easily go back to the previous build and once I did this my access to the game was restored. For some reason the problem did not manifest on my Tablet PC which I upgraded first though that is running 32 bit Home wheras my pc is 64bit Pro.

I would suggest that it might be better to wait a few weeks before installing the anniversary update by which time the problem should have been fixed

Good Morning Aviators (08.35am GMT London)

Early this morning the land discount window opened and I was able to purchase a new plot of land and place it on the airport side of my game.

I then re-jigged the following structures e.g. Terminal L8, MCC L3, Green, Blue, Red Launches and solar panels. These structures are now in far better, more logical positions, more pleasing on the eye. Because of this I've also freed up a large chuck on land, plenty of room for my 11th Hangar and plane. I'm also planning to increase my electricity power supply rating.

See you at 5pm for the 26th small resources group of flights.

They wanted me to take screen shots of what was missing (two weeks after my game crashed and I had already sent them screen shots Cath took two weeks previously) - after the game had synced and there was no way to get the screen shots. SMH --- They DID fully return what I had lost and no arguement about any of the items - and for once I believed they did a great job and treated me with respect (unlike the time traveler bug)

I am still fighting with them, told me they have refered me to "TECH TEAM" in other words no response and hopefully I will go away
Not this time I will harass them daily till I get back what is rightly mine, honestly I would of scrapped this game a long time ago only for the support and help you get from other forum members

I totally agree, just had a snotty email of them saying it takes time, what more do they need the evidence is right in front of them (screenshots)
Honestly never disliked a company as much as I do GI, they do not care about customer satisfaction

I was coming on to post this. Now as you know I don't get on the forums much but one of my neighbours that I visit all the time due to the fact that he has an excessive amount of Planetariums disappeared yesterday, but came back today as level 67 saying New Update.View attachment 3753

Those folks who may have 10 of certain buildings, were allowed to keep them. Back I assumed when there was the challenge to acquire them; or they were a part of a bigger challenge, there was glitch in the system, (Hmmm wonder when there hasn't been a week with no glitches or complaints); but anyhow those players who acquired more than the standard 6, were allowed to keep them.
I have a neighbor also who has 10 planetariums. A friend in need bonus and a set of golden dice=lots of goodies then.
