So, my SDave game has been restored after reverting to level 1 during the update. It seems pretty good except the game sporadically turns off. Sometimes I lose collected items or I will have to visit a neighbor again, sometimes not. This has me a bit worried, it is not as stable as I would like.

Is this happening to anyone else?

my game couldn't be worse, can't save anything and every time I log in I'm pulled back to the day I upgraded my windows PC to the NEW & IMPROVED airport city version. GI Support so far, nada. I log in everyday w/ a little hope for relief to total disappointment.

Even if you visit Madlen, the progress of the game is not saved?

  That's not my problem. My problem is my old name is re-displayed and every time I log in I time back to the upgrade date. I'm stuck on the upgrade date.

  it's simple, every time I open my game it rolls back to the windows update day. I can play, however if I close and re-open nothing is saved and it rolls back to the windows update day. Also I noticed my new Friend Code now displays my old one.

  - the time when it happened: during your normal play after the update, or you updated the game and found the losses on opening it;

  I did not loose any game levels or any items. I'm simply time stuck since approximately 24 hours after I updated. I have been time stuck since Friday Aug 26 approximately 9am EST. Thank You for your assistance. I do believe part of the issue is I see my old profile code where I believe all else are seeing my new PC because I can still add neighbors.

I tried another golden wrench yesterday and 4 out of 5 planes broke down when golden wrench was active.

Starting yesterday, only one of my planetariums shows and gives coins when neighbors visit - the other ones still produce as normal but do not give the coins or show that neighbors visited them --- I was getting suspicious since I had numerous neighbors visit and only one (the same) planetarium showed and gave coins so I tested it and there is a bug.

I know - lots of people visit them regularly and I got suspicious yesterday when only one of them showed visitors - 20 visitors on one planetarium and none on the other five is not normal - and they are not visiting the other buildings for a quest.

no trick, there is kind of bonus, "friends in need" from mystery super bonus chest. This bonus allow to visit 10 buildings in cities you visit.

GI closed my ticket as SOLVED...appears I have to wait for the next windows UPDATE and hope for the best ..

ok - test time! I have just visited and went to 5 planetariums - starting from the left. I got coins and a collection item from each of the 5. What did you get???

The only planetarium it shows anyone visited is the one on the far right --- before I moved it, that planetarium was on the far left. I rotated all the ones that do not show visitors (I am hoping rotating them may fix them and that is why I rotated the five and not the one that is working)

As for tickets - I had one open and they said they would get back to me after their tech team looked into it then they contacted me saying if it is fixed on my end they are closing the ticket??? The game is still buggy and they never fixed it. I wish I could go back to the old version until they get this one working. I absolutely hate not being able to play on one screen and post in the forum on the other - after the update the game freezes - and not being able to gift from the neighbors screen, three times longer to collect coins, not being able to see the items my planes bring back, having to X out of screens instead of just clicking outside of them. Only good thing from the update are the new planes and flights, and I now have fuel20

GI Said the game saves every 5 mins, even after I've told them for over 1 week that my game doesn't save, and reverts back to just after gamerader updates, Also been trying to get a hold of Free2Play, he hasn't answered my e-mail

Im playing on the windows version, I have spotted that for the past two weeks the number of completed flights counts up correctly but often does not appear in the charts at all, meaning all the charts are probably wrong, has anyone else spotted this error. Do they not beta check the updates?
