Got it also - seems to be working ok except I noticed that neighbors' igloos are not dropping anything for the Cold Winter collection, but skating rink and Ice Castle seem to be dropping.

That's good and hopefully those little blips will iron out. I've decided not to do the event with Christmas etc but will send you anything event related from support account same with my other neighbours if I notice they are doing it.

Many thanks for your post, the game download took place without any problems, good the plane counters are now working once again. Not being able to fly any planes, for quite sometime, has meant my fuel stocks are very healthy.
