Windows update is available

Few minutes ago I've just installed the windows update for pc.

The problem is that now the game doesn't start. My daughter has the same trouble.

Would it work for someone?

Same here.

When I load it up it shows the GI screen then crashes to desktop.

I just saw AC for Windows platform had update and downloaded it only to find clicking on icon failed to open game, even after rebooting computer.

I am in the same situation as you and have contacted GI for help. Hopeful the will release an quick update to fix the problem or give me a restore code.

I will keep everyone upto date.

In this PDF file it shows the icon but clicking it all it does is flash the gameinsight white screen once and game never loads and as you can see in third shot, hovering over icon screen is black with icon in center.
Now all i can do is hope GI compensates for my losses. Level 40 almost 950000 coins own all land have rocket in air and 112 greenies i just bought today.

@Domino and one other had same issue. @m-bari just did successful upgrade. I am fearful but excited.

unless you managed to save the game as a back up. The answer is no, you need to wait and see if GI releases another quick upated or sends those who requested one a restore code and follow instructions.

Didn't know how!
I read @Domino PM close fully AC (with Task Manager). Then install. May be its a bug of English Version?

The game has stopped working on my tablet. White screen and then boom, GONE.
