I do not have any actual experience with these mainly because what I have read about them in these forums. Basically they tend to break down more often than other planes. That would not usually pose a problem, however, they must be repaired with greenies is my understanding. That last bit is a deal breaker for me, I do buy greenies but have no intention of using them on repairs. As I said this is not from personal experience so if I am incorrect I am sure someone that knows first hand will correct me.

Hello, I received a similar reply from Rocky. I replied to him by saying that the S1 range of planes had never appealed to me. Silver tokens are easy enough to obtain but the gold tokens are far more difficult. As for having to repair them, with green notes, that's not going to work at all.

Thanks to you and Rocky for your feedback. I think the S1 planes are a 'red herring', so to speak, designed to waste your gold an silver tokens.

Dear Flyers

Can someone tell me what the financial rewards are for being involved with a red launch flight (I'm assuming the rewards are far (one would hope!) greater than a blue launch flight). As yet, I'm not in a position to upgrade to MCC3 although my red launcher is ready and I have all the associated unique items required. I need another 150,000k coins before I can upgrade and then wait four days before the red launcher appears and then make the structure solid.

Regards

One more problem with the S planes being repaired with greenies - I am in the habit of quickly clicking "speed up" when planes breakdown which then prompts you to use a tire/landing gear, etc. The S's don't have this option and once you click, it spends a greenie without any more prompts. I should be more patient and observant but I admit it cost me more than once.

Needless to say, the increased speed is offset by the frequent breakdowns, high cost and long time to repair-no more *S* planes for me.

Another one of the glitches of the game...I keep track of when I put in the slow burning items (explosive bolts, etc.) so that if the game freezes and closes right after, I know when I can put in the next one. (The screen says you can put it in, but their server will keep track when you can actually put it in, when the timer actually is supposed to expire.)

I do not intend to touch them, never really did, and since all the feedback I've received, the S1 range of planes are just a waste of everybodies time. I believe they were designed that way to waste gold and silver tokens.

Dear Flyers

Can someone tell me what type of plane is needed to fly to destinations such as Nagoya and Sacramento (purple chest rewards). If its one of the more basic planes, which I no longer have, I'd like to know and not waste my time activating the 12.5 hours flight window. The answer will afford me thinking time.

Jets are needed for these maps. For Sacramento and Alexandria, the flight requires an additional radar, and for Nagoya, Puerto Rico, and Miami, the flight requires a spare wire.
