All of us players, we know very well that Roshni is not a cheater and not a hacker too. It's been many many time for many straight players that their game crash and each player looses a lot of time, energy, money at that moment. Also, when you take 2, 3, 4, 5 days and more to resolve the problem, each player looses a lot of advantage of his game and he looses points, coins, rewards, weekly ranking, collectible items etc...

- GI: Do you want that all the players here stop to play your game ? All the players here stop to buy greenies, coins, etc... to put the pressure on you ? Do we have to do that ?

- We hope a fast answer from your side because it's possible that all the players that we are, will stop the game.

Indeed the same thing happened with my old restore code that always used to work. Same message and also same response by GI support to submit a screenshot.
You used to be on my neighbor list not sure where you went must have been while you were away and during one of my many resets. I don't recall removing you.

Now that the weekend is upon us I guess another 2 days minimum before I hear back. Quite ridiculous you are on 12 days from initial contact.

Thank you for all the gifts. The power was out all of last night due to a storm (so no internet) so I just hit "send in return" to everyone who sent me gifts because my "day" was about to end. Sorry about that. I will do a better job to send what you want in the future. I wish there was a way to send a gift in return without it being the same (or similar) item that they sent you.

I have never had this problem, but I'm starting to get worried since this is becoming a trend in users since the Windows update. I hope I don't get the same issue since I have dumped about $200 dollars to play this game.
