I'm sorry. I hurt my hand and am having a lot of trouble keeping up with the gift cycle.
I think i need to stop gifting for a few weeks until i can manage my computer and type with both hands again.
I will reciprocate any gifts that you have already sent to me.
But any future gifts, I will probably not reciprocate, so please stop sending stuff today.
I'm sorry, but i am not being a good neighbor at the moment, i will take a necessary short break.

unfortunately i had other issues that contributed to the problem, they have found the issue and will apply fix to it to the next update but in the mean time i have to wait and play the a new game until I see what GI has planned for me.

Wow - sorry to hear this. I am truly amazed at the amount of problems I see with this game.

So I have to get a new code after every time my game resets? If that is the case I guess I will stop visiting neighbors as that is the only time it resets. Then use up my greenies and move on. I just can't see writing support sometimes up to three times a week for a restoration code. With that I would spend more time in limbo than actually playing. Unless they have done something to drastically speed up support and getting a code. When I got my original code it took 3 days to get it. That is way to long if I have to do that after each reset.

I have the impression that the increase crashes.

The long time is totally unacceptable.

A new reset code for every crash is a joke
next time my game crashes will be the last time I play.

They can contact me to play THIER GAME when they fix the problem they created.
Game used to be fun.

Thank you for all of your gifts. I finished sending mine out for the day a little while ago.

I hope the issues with the game resets and such are promptly fixed for all, and I hope these issues can somehow be corrected from recurring in a future update or something.

Nope Gifting from 2 accounts already takes too much time. I might need people to tell me how to gift in less time... Any ideas? Send everyone Fuel 20...??

The sad part is GI could make a few tweaks to the game's social features that would make gifting a breeze.

• Like let everyone set their list of desired gifts in order (maybe 10 per person), building items should be added to the list automatically. Instead of a return gift, have a button to send neighbor their highest priority gift that your gift sending list contains.
• Change the gifting reset timer to 23hours instead of 24hours. This would prevent the time creep issue. If you were late one day, you could at least get back 1 hour each day.
• Although I haven't heard complaints about missing gifts after the last update (maybe they fixed this), make all gifting messages to the server be acknowledged so network glitches don't cause missed gift deliveries (If the server doesn't acknowledge receipt the game would retry a few times then give up but let you gift that neighbor later and not decrement the remaining gifts to send count.)

Thanks for getting in touch in game name is Robster sorry but I am still getting used to using the forum I want to be able to follow the rules and learn how to put a list of gifts I can send on to my posts please bear with me while I master this as I am pretty new to both computers & forums.

I just got my recovery code for my second game.
At first I was happy because it took only 2 days, but when I entered it, he was not working.

Just Try To Contact GI Support Again.
They Will Help You Out.
I Know That Old Reset Code Does Not Work Anymore.
We Have No Option ,Just we Have To Contact GI Support and Wait for Reset Code For More Than 5-7 Day's

Hope Dev's Of This Game Find a Solution To This Issue.

I have never had a problem with mine, I guess I have been luck so far. I have usually never had trouble with GI tech service. I usually dump about $10 dollars into AC a month. I know once with another game from a different vender on Facebook I never used money to buy upgrades and when I had problems it was a miracle to get any service. I guess they keep tabs on who plays and who pays to play. But anyways I will keep you on my neighbors list, until then it has been fun trading. Sorry to hear of your troubles with AC.
