My gifts are out!!

I'm sorry to hear about all the crashed games!! This is crazy!

Any common things between the crashed games? Same device/PC? Same HDD/SDD brand? Same virus/firewall brand installed?

I am running on a Surface tablet with only the included utilities and I have never had a crash on either account.

All my crashes (2 for Main and 3 for Support) happened after GI abolished multiply Restoration Code. First time I get Code quickly, but now I'm waiting for Codes 9 days for 2nd and 4 days for Main. And no answer from GI except standart text that they "transferred your details for a careful investigation".
I played since November with my Main Account and had no problems and crashes occurred in past few days.
I am surprised that GI Support haven't explain the situation only standart text and nothing else and silence in answer.
About device - tablet Acer W511 with Doc-station bought from an official dealer with preloaded Win8

So after several days of silence I received this reply from GI support.

The case is currently under investigation and certain measures are undertaken to eliminate the issue. The process is taking a little more time than expected. I will get back to you with a response soon.

So evidently the delay is because they are trying to solve the issue before sending codes. Not sure how that will work out if it isn't too much longer it might be nice if it actually works. My luck it will work and I'll get the dreaded 10 passengers instead of 20 fuel and be stuck with it.

Guys, on my friend list, my neighbours have confusing usernames and I can't figure out what gifts people want since most people here don't write their full usernames.
For example I have neighbours named:
HS/ Fuel20 and HS2/ FuelDutyFree.

Mike F20/ SpWire and Mike O SpWire and RK fuel/ spwire.

I can't figure out who is who so if you are the owner of any of this usernames please alert me so I can know who is who and which is your first or second account.
