I should draw your attention to the fact that game save files are stored on our server during a limited period of time and in case you don't have any information on your previous game or your save files are no longer available, I will do my best to help you and reapply your purchases from your old game to the new one.

So that I could look closer into your case and consider all options we have, please provide me with the following details:

1) Your old friend code.
2) Your new friend code.
In order to find the new friend code you should pass the first five levels in the new game and the Sociality option will be available. Then tap Sociality (the button with 3 people in the bottom menu) → press another button with 3 people → choose the Friend codes tab.
3) Your old name, level in the previous game and approximate date of its registration.
4) Screenshots/ photos of the receipts.

Providing all the necessary details will allow me to start processing your issue at once. Should you require any further instructions in obtaining the information in question please let me know.

you know what sucks in 18 days flying to north and south observertory, and cape canaveral and also baikonur, i've not gotten any wheat.

David on the wheat I once went through a drought myself. What I found worked is to plug neighbors training centers they seem to drop wheat pretty seldom. If Roshni is one of you neighbors she has like 6 of the them. But I like you have learned flight very rarely produce wheat.

Play that game to get to level 3 so you can add friend codes. You can stop there.

Reply to GI support and send them:

• old (reset) game code wiou8w
• new level 3 game code
• what level you reached before the crash
• about what date you first started playing
• any proof of any purchases from windows store for AC

Thanks to your help, I have 4 stadiums open now for visitors. I have all the goal posts I need but would appreciate the other stadium items still.

The flight drops seem like they will be my biggest challenge right now, the feather decoration in particular, but there is plenty of time left.

I have 18 Sadiums in Ware and 6 built but only 2 open. It seems we all have great problems with Rob. Lawnmower! It drops very very seldom and list of neighbors who have ones is very short!
