Thanks that is great (unless WHN2 has a building or priority need, gifts are always appreciated on WHN as a priority) WHN needs DutyFree. If you had send that to WHN2, it would have been useless (no Duty Free there).

Hmmmm, the dreaded Windows 10 is ready to upgrade on my PC... Not going to install it just yet, since it's expansion weekend, and I'm ready to expand a bit and add some things. Don't want to screw that up. LOL.

it's not a good news.
I'm afraid, that we can help you only to rebuild your city from very beginning. You need to do a lot by yourself (like build city or add your friends), but we can give you resources for doing this.
Also, we'll return all payments to your game. And event buildings, that you have.
In the end you'll get the game with a normal rocket and all friends.
If you are agree, please contact with me and I'll send you instruction with all details.
If not, you can contact GI Support, as I said before:

Game insight just credited me with my greenies.
I have already obtained level 51 and building factory.
I shall take the loss and just rebuild city from this point on.
I’m sure neighbors lost, will come around again on the add list as I understand this is random selection.
I already noticed someone who is neighbor, showed up on add list again.
So I will decline your offer to rebuild from scratch.

I'm not going to start from the beginning when I just stepped up to level 51.
I understand this might result in not having some of you, whom I did have as neighbors; for the time being.
However I know many who have multiple accounts, and as for the adding neighbor list, it's a random selection of names and in a 24 hour period that's 96 people I could send requests to. Although I'm not staying awake 24/7 but you get my point.
If I should see you Tenggo, Sky Marshall, or anyone else on ad list, we shall cross paths again.
With 672 greenies back in game, there is a lot i can do starting with completion of sweets factory.
Wish I could build level 6 runway with greenies though.
Anyhow, i am here as well, so we can keep contact through forums as well.
I certainly hope those I shall miss for now understand.
Sad to lose what you've accomplished, but sadder still losing friends and neighbors.

@KenDuckySmith - Glad they came up with somewhat of a resolution for you, though with some other issues attached to it.

I understand that this was beyond your control, and as I said in the other thread, I'll keep you as a neighbor, as I can still visit your city - Not sure my visits are showing up on your end, but they work on mine - and, like you said, maybe the random thing will come around again and we can reconnect on your end too.

That's why I'm very reluctant to install the Win 10 upgrade, because I'm going to be expanding and adding space launches, and don't really want to screw with that right now.....

Glad you're back, but sorry you had all of the trouble you have....

Thank you for your gifts. I have just finished sending mine out.

I just received the Puerto Rico map I have been looking for for a couple months (during which time I have received all of the other blue launch maps multiple times and completed collections for them.) I would especially appreciate Fuel 20 and spare wires so I can (hopefully) build some space needles soon.
