Hi Ten33,
I have Windows 8.1 is the last update good for me or it's only for Windows 10 ?

The person asking if anyone had trouble today started playing this game on Windows 10. She didn't upgrade from 8.1. The other person I was referring to (David_Smith / gamerader) went from 8.1 to 10, and is still having a few issues now and again.

GI released an update last week (Windows Store) that supposedly addressed the start the game, immediate closing of game issue that hit a lot of people. That's what that update fixed. The Windows 10 upgrade from 8.1 is still up in the air as far as I know.

Lmao @Mr. K tip... I'm laughing with you man, not at you. We've ALL done something similar to that and learned from it. Heck, it's still possibly going to happen again in higher levels, who knows?

Oh I have already been up there twice already and the game goes Kaplooey on me......this is the third round. So yeah....the only thing I have not done was launch with neighbors. That looks like fun.

@Mr. K - Oh sure, spoil my fun. Geez. *JK* I had a feeling. I got stuck in it after 2 flights to Dubai after the second most recent AC update. Fun, fun, fun.

Launching is pretty fun, Having the right partners helps out tremendously. I just got into it myself and only have 7 launches so far, but will be doing more. Good way to make money, experience and getting silver tokens, which you can buy buildings, etc. with when you have enough. Plus it looks and sounds really cool! LOL.

Mr. K, the faster you build your launch pad, the faster you will be invited. I can tell you that we are having fun when we launch, but like Ten33 said, when you have the right partners it helps. Whenever you are ready to launch, just let me know and I will assist you with pleasure.

@Mr. K - Yeah, I think I waited too long to get into it. I was at level 46 or 47. Was too busy trying to do the other stuff. But rewards with the launches are pretty nice. More so when you get to blue and red.

And what @rocky said is true, he and @SactoDave have helped me out a lot. It's different when you have 2-3 people involved, and QL is active. Have to be quick and work together..

I am on Win 10 @Ten33go , have been from the start. I'm back in now, my game must have decided to take a lunch break.

@Saralaraloola your game took a break, how about microsoft support they deffently took a break when Win. 10 came out. LOL

IF i dont run glary utilities before i play the game, the game shuts down when it gets to the airportcity screen

I don't see where anyone answered all of your questions; if I missed it, here's a duplicte:

Maybe you can help me navigate this forum. First I send my gifts based on what people add to their names. Is it better to go to forum? Usually if there is nothing there I will send fuel20 seems to be a hot commodity..

Each of us needs to develop a system that works. I keep a running spreadsheet that lists a few items each neighbor needs. I work hard to keep the sheet up to date so I'm sure I am sending neighbors items that they most want, not want I would want.

Also I know about the weekend code but not sure where to get it from.
Some kind soul usually posts the code here in the forums. But the original source is G! facebook page. I get there from the game ==> open neighbors; click on the megaphone, the facebook page should open (I supposed you need internet at the time) You don't need your own facebook account.

I also have some friend in the 'Waiting" area with no green check to add them> What do I do? I'm hearing if I delete and try to add them again I won't be allowed. Any ideas.

Connecting with neighbors is problematic (buggy). It goes best if neither neighbor sends a gift until after the connections are done on both ends. And after accepting neighbors, completely exit your game before sending a gift. If you have a neighbor waiting without a check, inform that neighbor that they will need to enter your friend code. Usually the connection will work. Sometimes it will then move to your area needing a check mark. Sometimes the worst happens and the code is invalid. You can try entering theirncode again. If both sides are invalid, you may not connect now; you can't be neighbors. Try again after a major game update to see if it will go through. It's best not to delete waiting neighbors until both sides are sure the codes are not working. Once deleted, you can't get them back until a random event or sometimes the major updates. It's fairly common to have several failed connects. {I think I may have one with you on on of my games.} The other game worked. It's buggy and unpredictable.
