how do I get a training center?? I don't see it in any building tabs.

The training center was there as a reward in an event. Come safely again sometime.

@WhatHappenedNow Yes was glad to get some help in that launch. Was planning on joining one but it was gone when I looked. So kind of got stuck.

Open WinStore. You must move mouth in the lower right corner and click in opening window settings, then click upgrades. Then check upgrade of AC and install.

My upgrade also is not opening. I start with the Game Insight Logo in a larger font - then it switches to a smaller font then shuts down.

Hmmm... Maybe I will wait for upgrade a little.

I did go to 10 airports tonight and as expected lost Stabilized Binoculars. I think I got everybody I promised and sent out to some others as I had to buy with greeenies. No replacement but that will change when I upgrade to 50 - whenever I get up the courage to try it. Maybe Sunday now since flying for 1st in Cape Canaveral.

well...update install...massive fail!!! And now I got a reset on top of that...my first ever reset...does anyone know exactly the steps I need to take to get a rest code and get my game back!! I love this game, but if I lose my progress , I will not rebuild from scratch...been flying planes 24/7 to try and get top 3 at canary islands and now that is all in jeopardy to...plus I just started a launch...I should have waited for update I guess!!

Yes the resets are a pain!! You need to email support explain that you had your game reset to level 1. Include in the email that you are playing on windows PC and include your friend code from before you reset. It will take a couple days then they will send you a code that will restore your game. You have to be level 3 after a reset in order to access the sociality area where you can input the code. So you could go ahead and get there while you wait for your code. When you have the code code write it down and keep it as it will work again for any more resets you may have. This makes it so you can skip the delay of waiting on support and get right back in game after reaching level 3 which takes about 8-10 minutes. Good Luck

As a side note my update has also made my game not open for the time being....I really should have gifted before doing it.
