Not much snow here this year. Started with a early cold snap in Nov, them was a pretty mild winter (few really cold spells but no real snow). You guys to the East got pounded with snow. I have co-workers in Shrewsbury, MA that still have some snow on the ground (even through it was 70 for them today).

Reading your post, seems like you must have an roof insulation issue if you have having ice damming. Do you own a roof rake to remove large snow accumulations safely from the ground?

I too enjoyed going for a walk today in a tee-shirt no jacket

Isn't spring lovely! Ah yes we rake and rake the snow off our roof. We have ice salt pellet we toss up and heating strips where ever we can. Each year a new dam forms.

Good deduction, yes we have insulation issues for sure. It is an old farmhouse built in 1830 we bought 10 years ago to restore. But restoration has been slow since we adopted two babies along the way. Getting there slowly.

Miss scarlett - don't give up, coins are a struggle for all. Just wait until you can do launches, help occupy the time while you are always saving coins!!.

Well I just completed my "mission control" so I am on my way to launches some day... but no coins to build anything more towards that until I can get this dang Town Hall upgraded.

Drops from neighbours were not as good as from your own farmers market.

I got a few items mostly fruit from neighbours.

Well that sucks.. <wink>
I can't build anymore markets as my population is full until I upgrade my Town Hall.
I have 14 of them in my storage "ready to be built" someday... Oh well.
At least you have gotten something from neighbors, and now I know it IS possible. I have never got one thing from all my daily visits.
Maybe the chances of getting from neighbors increases if you have more of your own markets built.
