@ItsRalphy . Thanks friend picked up item this morning. I can return favor by sending laser levels or duty free, although I'd choose needs for upgrading buildings, that duty free items. Just a suggestion.
Will see what else I can send. If you get fuel hoses, deicers or higher level items, like me you will find there is a place for everything. Still haven't figured out the robotic lawnmower yet, but it's needed somewhere and appreciated whoever has been sending them.

Does anybody elses game do this . . . often when I open the game, after a few seconds, all the moving bits freeze and then the game closes. When it opens again it may repeat, or it may open fine. I can even open gifts and flights, and then it may freeze and close again. When ever it freezes and I reopen it, any gifts from the last go are lost! - If I am quick enough I can sometimes see who has gifted, even if they are gone on reopening. Happens for around 50% of the time. I am assuming I have something such as anti-virus or updates running on my laptop at times that means it just can't cope with that and the game at the same time - I always try and gift to regulars in this forum on the assumption that you have gifted me even if I have lost them! Just wondered if I am alone in this, or if it is a common issue?

I've seen many reports of freezing games soon followed by accusations of time travel.
When my game freezes, I do what I used to do on much older PC's, which is:
1a) open the game, don't click anything, wait a minute or two;
1b) if you were in a menu item (gifts, planes, store) open that, close it
1c) then close the game
2) shut down & reboot your computer
3) give plenty of time for everything to open up
4a) open the game, don't click anything, wait a minute or two;
4b) if you were in a menu item (gifts, planes, store) open that, close it; maybe open and close several anyway
4c) then close the game
5) wait a few minutes; then open the game
6) play tentatively, see if this fixed the problems.

Whenever playing, exit the game only from your own game home page, not from menus and not from neighbors.
You mention conflicts with virus software, that's possible. Also updates pushing through. I once had freezes when adobe was pestering me to update. (I am set to"ask first" on most updates)

I'm not sure how to make our connection work bjs. I try your friend code and only get a pop up saying that your code is not valid. I have tried a dozen times. I don't see you in my waiting list either.
