I'm still waiting specialist to send me restore code. I didn't receive time traveler message for long time (i turned off auto set date/time and always close the game). But this is second time I'm reset to level 1. I even had to start again last time. They needed more then 2 weeks to resolve the problem (never get my old game back - got consolation in coins and bux). But was not able to compete in top 100 until may this year. But if they don't restore my game I'm not sure I will start from scratches. I have all items for all L9 buildings, terminal l10, got 2 casinos working, finally have some bux after long time, manage to gain some golden and silver tokens. Have more then 250000 xp in collections waiting for update. I prepared everything for the update and now this. As a player who bought bux only once (96 of them) I think that I'm pretty competitive.
Same think happened with other game from same developer, manage to get competitive with other players, developing great, then they blocked my game due to time travel policy and they told me that I can start from scratch. I stopped playing that game. Now only this one left.

Exact same thing happened to me where I had to itemize everything in my city. You will get back the buildings but say goodbye to your collections, warehouse, and bonuses. Ask for at least $20M to rebuild your city.

I'm so sad they do this to gamers.
What a bunch of bandits they are, GI.
I really hope they restore your game in spite of bad odds.

Exact same thing happened to me where I had to itemize everything in my city. You will get back the buildings but say goodbye to your collections, warehouse, and bonuses. Ask for at least $20M to rebuild your city.

It is not about coins, It's about tokens, greenies, special building, warehouse (stashed fuel, passengers, repair items, items for future building, flight items, maps and collections waiting to be claimed (after the update).

It's #Kesh Fuel 20

I never needed my ingame name when they restored my game. I always send them my friend code since it's not editable from the user side and therefore unique from GI.

It took them almost a whole week each time even if they had all my information.
Don't be suprised if they need until next week.

But I'll keep my fingers crossed that they'll be quicker.
