Sorry to hear that. Did they actually tell you they wouldn't do that or are they just not responding? It took me a couple of weeks and 3 emails, but yesterday I finally got my tokens back and additional tokens to buy back the planes I lost.

One note, if you get those error messages dont ever never ever never never check world map. And in my case if you add fuel to space launch, wait 2 sec every time before next add

one extreme way is to make youself a timetraveler, just change you clock by one hour and then back. and say support you traveled time zones and your clock was set to auto. not reccomended but if its only way? it may fix you problem but i doubt it. @Daenerys have you ever brought greenies for €?

I must confess I decided long ago not to spend any cash on this unserious game, because of the treatment of friends and myself. The facebook forum witness of a systematic fraud of accusations thrown here and there randomly. I will spend my money when I see this bullshit stop, and so far, not a € spent.
Still I can demand a fair treatment, don't you think?

I had two giant planes and one jumbo, bought with tokens that suddenly was gone.
