I'm always collecting items in advance. Also waiting for update so I can see if there are more urgent buildings to build then upgrading town hall, terminal or control tower.

I collected whole Oct hoping for an update...Then finally upgraded Townhall and Terminal when I got more than 2 million. I have stopped thinking about the upgrade ...Things are so messed up on other platform that rather rolling out update for new platform they will prefer to solve the current one.
I don't think we will get earlier than Christmas or new year.
