Terror on support from now on:
This is what I wrote when idiot staff replied they can't find any error:
I have been playing for over one year and support has helped me when game has broken down.
But now the support is not working properly.
The top 100 is not registering my flights. And a substantial amount of assets was confiscated from me and support says no error occurred.
This is not acceptable.
Fix it quickly!
This is what I lost:
greenies (65)
gold tokens (55)
silvertokens (800)
S-gigant (2)
S-jumbo (1)

I've been waiting for help for more than two weeks now. This is really serious problem.

Similar problems to my game,too: Top 100 not working, 101 golden tokens and 1022 silver tokens confiscated. I will write to GI today.

So obviously I'll be blocked from top 100 forever...

I've been without top 100 for almost a year. Don't give up on writing them. And two advices - never leave game open and set time setup to manual.
