Raf says you can use it like an hour after takeoff, and then have it going a bit longer.

I contacted the support and now, for the first time in forever, I can actually compete in the top 100! This is a whole new thing for me, I've been playing for almost a year and I think I've been blocked from that feature almost from the beginning because the game wrongly accused me of time traveling... I just hope it doesn't happen again!

I'm a bit scared because they told me that my "social capabilities will be permanently restricted" if it happens again, have they believed you when you've messaged them about the problem and said the game accused you wrongly?
