That's pretty significant. I always take the screenshots at the end of the week....in case something goes wrong. screenshots do work while contacting support

Food poisoning while travelling is like hell. Worse anyone can get.

Backing up system HDD often helps as well. It lets load the crashed game and take needed data for Support. Though it didn't help to avoid ill updating.

You talking about Window's. But WP is on its own ....no backup ...nothing

Maybe they were in their Denial Mode.
I sent them my screenshots of weekly ranking of destination and Blue launch(few months earlier).... I got all the tokens and a QL( which wasn't awarded to me at the end of the week). Different user different experience.

While it's still peaceful and orderly in WP Airport City, PC Cities go through funny crazy time distortion.
Timers of buildings, gifts, neighbors visiting, planes repairs reset randomly now and then. Rankings go blank and back, gifts stuck somewhere in servers' deeps. I hope it'll settle down soon and won't happen here after WP update.
Check this out, several buildings went NULL.

Did it still drop coins even though the timer was broken? Or you couldn't collect at all?

It doesn't know the time to drop so it doesn't. I think I should try to store them and put back or simply sell.

The update NULLed 3 houses and 1 Sweets Factory upgrade. Costed about 70000 coins and 40 greens accordingly. I thinks it's not bad after all.
And no gifts pass between PC and WP yet.
