Bad news.

I updated my phone to the latest version of the Windows 10 Mobile Preview and it almost killed my phone,. I had to do a hard reset but now all my progress (in all games) is lost.

I guess I have to talk to the support now and hope to get all my progress back.
If anybody has any tips on what to say to them feel free to help me out.

Until I got all my progresss back I can't play the game and not send out any gifts. Hopefully it will be reolved soon.

Do you remember if after update your time and date was right??...i had the same problem the last year when in June the phone update to wp 8.1. The game have a protection and if you go in with not right date and time think that you are in "time travelling" and block all your game, to me was all white without builds ....i had contact GI service and after 1 mounth i return to play game, but i lost many progress...too much......

Just write to GI and tell them your problem. When my game crashed , they solved the problem in about a week.

It's not a time travel issue.
The Win10 Mobile update didn't let me access my phone at all in the end. Just a black screen. Even a soft rest didn't help so my only hope was the hard reset.
And with this hard reset all data was deleted.

Yes. I got my game back as it was, only the list of gifts I can send was changed.

I have 1d 8h left to build mission control. I think that we should do it soon after I build the MC3. Also I think that if we want some other to join to check our friend list prior to start to see who has most of friend ready to join launch (I have one except you two, few others are building but not sure they will be ready). Person with largest number can start launch.
