As it was published here several times, you can obtain gold & silver tokens on different way:

- to be on places 1-3 on Top100 Flights every week, on one or more different destinations
- collecting Gold or Silver chests, by launching Red Rocket and as 1st you get chest with two different items for collections, which brings you Gold Chest (3 gold tokens inside of each chest). As 2nd or 3rd you can also get items, but they are marked as seldom...
- collecting Gold or Silver chests by flying to "Maps Destinations", and by collecting items you will be rewarded with Silver Chests or on two collection by Golden Chest...
