Any body on windows game having trouble when you minimise the game and when you come back to it later it takes some time to start and sometimes it crashes.

Yes, I find it frequently freezes and has to be closed and restarted. Also freeezes for a few seconds when I click on the plane tab at the bottom, and any of the helicoptors. What is really HATE is how it freezes when I click on anything else on my 2nd screen!!! A couple of years ago, the game would remain active even if you were working on another app, now it takes 2 or 3 clicks to get the game going again.

I'd complain to GI, but I think after my last kerfuffle with GI Kate, I am blacklisted. (I probably wasn't very nice to her, but she wasn't very nice either.) My last 2 requests regarding 2 android games I had to reinstall and are now being blocked are being ignored. Ticket # only, 5 days ago.

I haven't crashed yet, but I have experienced some of that old latency on accepting/sending gifts and neighbor visits again.

Is anyone else experiencing the following issue's on Windows (or other platforms)?

1) The 'Test' is not working when I enter it as per usual, before landing any planes.
2) The 'Search' not working within the game ie; Warehouse, Gifts, Neighbours etc etc
3) The alliance timer is off - when I minimize and go back to it half an hour later the timer is saying the same as when I set the planes off - I have to actually close the game every time for it to correct itself.

This has been happening for the last couple of day's, yes my internet is stable and secure and nope I haven't contacted GI wanted to see if this was happening to anybody else before I go down that route.

i have found that since i updated my surface pro with the new April 2017 update that all GI games freeze in the windows changing from one to the other. I have found that there are issues that Microsoft know about and should resolve this until they do i have rolled back windows until they do. Yeah - and their fix was KB4103721 which bricked a whole big bunch of other machines. (mine included)

I dont know if this is GI or Microsoft related but all I wanted was to buy 2 bucks worth of greenies so I can get a better shot at 2 more item drops from Skara for another castle.

And its not opening the window on any game to where you enter pin or password to make a purchase.
GI why dont you up the ante on the weekend code so we can buy something that gives better odds, like golden dice. Regular dice doesn't drop anything anymore
