Yes my town is adorned with lost mail also. Maybe that's where my Dell Tablet is that I have been waiting on is.

Phlflyer there is no FAQ. You have to figure these quests out as they come. You have to build a Post Office, which is now available in your commercial building menu, then have the required items to make it operational, (Handheld Scanner, Numerator, Mail Sorter, Marking Machine.) Then I guess you can pick up the trash mail as well as fly the new flights that have been added to your roster (Fiji, Madagascar, Easter Island, for additional bonuses.)

Send out quest items to others to complete, and reap the bounty!
BTW that Marking Machine that you have would be well appreciated!

erees, Thanks for the heads up on the new Post Office commerce building. At the time I had typed my question, I was unaware that there was a new commerce building for purchase. I had to delete one of my bowling alleys in order to construct it but it is on its way to being built.

GiftXchange & ItsRalphy, Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I figured that someone probably already had at least some information on how the challenge is supposed to work.

My Tom- game does not yet have the Post Office quest. I am currently Level 33 so it could be I'm not at a high enough level to get this quest.
At any rate, I will return the Numerators and Mail Sorters sent to me. I don't know what you'll get in return. Please let me know so I can either continue or stop this effort!
For other neighbors, I gifted personalized items when I could and Fuel (20) when I could not.

You should have the post office quest unless their is an issue with your game, I received the quest even though I am at a lower level 28.

Hi ctedb54 - I have that problem - at least 5 times now! Your game has not gone, but your laptop has lost its connection to it. If you email GI support, they will send you a code. They will need your original username and friend code. play the new game until you get to the level where you can gift - level 4 I think, and then you put GI's code into the friend/redeem box and your game will reboot. When it restarts your new game will be there. Takes Gi around 2-3 days to get the code, but my code now works every time it happens. Your game will be the same, but the list of items you can gift will have completely changed.
