Duck, this is same computer.. but now I am playing as officer.
I could not recover csapat... after reinstalling the game I lost my other player, started the game from scratch.

Thanks for all the help! I almost finished all the neighbor visiting tasks... Still have to visit Exhibition Centers, Unique Gift Shops, Research Labs... but hopefully will be done tomorrow.
