I've got one if that's any use (bottom left of residential) would expect there to be quite a few people with more tho as i think there was a glitch on that challenge that meant if u visited a neighbor around the time you completed, you got another rock shop, and the money and xp every time!

I used to tap my neighbours' Rock Shops, I was not playing AC when that challenge came out, to try to get the Drums.
I have had 2 Violins and 1 Saxaphone drop from them.
