who gets Planetariums?

Is there any way to get a planetarium these days other than buying a mystery super building?

There was an event when you built the MCC Level 3 building. If you completed it, you received a planetarium. It's been a long time since I had that event and I'm not sure if it's still available.

Other than that, buying the mystery super building is the only way I know.

I have wondered how you get those two. So far I have 4 neighbors that have 6 a piece. I get most of my launch items from those neighbors, but I start to fill bad because I have none for them to get launch items from me.
