Major sense of humour failure, opened my iPad game to find a basic level 1 game!!

Re boot to find same, have opened a ticket via my phone game.
Any one else have this experience?

Airport City is not as bug-ridden as it was a year or two ago, but this back to Level 1 situation is happening quite frequently?

I hope this is a precursor to make the game online only.

Also, it is advisable to back up your game often. I back mine up about once a week.

Happened to me twice but that was over a year/s ago. Opened a complaint ticket after I played the level one game up until the point where you get your friend code.
Sent those two game codes to GI and they restored the game pretty quickly.
Same procedure when you want to transfer your old game to your new device. Good luck.
