I think it is a little bit simple :
The result of your game depend :
1- the number of hours you play by week
2- the number of years you have been playing
3-the quality of your strategy and planning for your game
4- the amount of real money you spend ( each player has his own budget and Financial capacity..)

I discovered the process how to cheat few days ago by accident - tested it hour ago on other device - information is sent to GI so it's up to them to find the solution.
